Always a good place to stay

very clean, looked like new flooring had been installed since our last visit (vinyl tile instead of carpet, which is way better)

the bathroom sink was plugged and wouldn’t drain properly

Convenience of location, economical, great staff, clean & comfortable.

Water temp was lacking, ice machine still broken

Superb

Always like staying at the Carmel. Rooms are not extravagant but comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Good value for the cost.

There were several work vehicles outside the rooms which meant we weren't able to park in front of either of our two rooms They started their vehicles at 5 am so has a very early morning wakeup.

Was given a good room.

The guests beside me kept me up all night. Knocking on their door all night, I tried calling 4:30am to complain, no one answering at front desk.

Laundry needed to be booked well in advance. Couldn't get it done there due to that.
