Fine

The decor was fantastic. The room keys were fun.

I called ahead to say I wouldn’t be getting there until early in the morning due to flight delays, to which the Front Desk said fine… And then canceled my reservation and charged me that night anyway. It took about 20 minutes to get it reinstated since I was there for another couple of nights. If I hadn’t called, I would understand that since many hotels do that, but I did call. Also, it would be terrific if they had laundry facilities!!

Good location,comfortable digs, but could use better maintenance and food service.

The room and bed were comfortable. The location was good for access to everything we wanted to reach. The staff was cordial and very helpful.

Although the room was generally clean and the linens and towels were crisp and clean, the furniture had a coat of dust. Like many hotels, this property has probably cut down on cleaning staff. Staff reduction was also apparent in the breakfast area where one orders at a counter for takeout or to eat in, but there is no wait staff and the food is inconsistent - bagel and lox good, avocado toast, not so much.

The property is fantastic…no issues. The issue is booking.com. My flight was cancelled so the first night of my reservation was unused. The hotel was happy to credit me and really understood but they could not do anything since I booked third party. I have tried to get my money from booking.com but they are impossible to even reach! Booking.com scammed me of $350.00. I Will never book through them again. This is the second time I have had this issue. Be warned. Call the hotel yourself - prices usually same or similar.

Amazing, again! This will be a regular trip for us throughout the seasons.

The staff is so incredible! Always making our stay warm and welcoming. We also love how close yet removed we are from the center of town. It’s just a quick and easy walk to all the shops, restaurants, waterfront, and activities. But, it’s removed enough that it’s always quiet around the hotel which is great for easy sleeping.

Nice stay at The Graduate hotel.

The location was excellent for walking to the main downtown area and other attractions in the city. The hotel is clean, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant.

Not that it makes a difference In suitability of the hotel, but the decor is not to my taste. The parking is pricey, although it is convenient.

Really nice getaway!

The property was so nice with so much character! The staff was so helpful, the rooms were so comfy and clean. Also love the soaps they provide! The restaurant and coffee place in the hotel leaves basically all you need in one place! It’s a perfect location to all the bars and restaurants in the area as well.

Goed verblijf in een mooi 'Annapolis stijl' hotel

Zeer prettig hotel in 'Annapolis' stijl. In de buurt zijn er erg mooie huizen te vinden, je kijkt je ogen uit. Ook het centrum van Annapolis is 10 minuten lopen. Er is een mooie winkelstraat en een diversiteit aan diners. Het hotel zelf is ruim opgezet, heeft 3 liften en een mooie fitness ruimte.

Alles was in orde.

Would stay there again

Clean and well run This is a comfortable hotel with helpful staff in an ideal location for the town.

We had some issues with the car park barrier as we were accidentally double charged, but this was quickly sorted out by a member of the front desk team after we returned home, so all good.

My go-to in Annapolis, if I ever need to go to another town with a Graduate, it will be my first choice.

Super clean and comfortable, everything feels modern while still having a vintage vibe. Great location to walk to restaurants and City Dock.

I couldn’t figure out the tv. I’m didn’t call for help so that’s on me. The directions didn’t follow what was on screen or maybe I’m just electronically challenged. When I was leaving I couldn’t even get it to turn off. I’ve stayed before and had no problems, not sure why I couldn’t get it to work this time. I’m sure if I would’ve called someone would’ve helped.

Location, design, staff, valet parking, restaurant with nice food and great draft beer selection. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

My room was next to the conference room with a dedicated door leading to the conference. I could hear everything really well.

Front desk we not very pleasant I felt like I was bothering When asking questions that were valid The room was very humid even though air was on had trouble sleeping Had to pay 30$ to park in the sun in back lot. Not sure if I would recommend staying again
