-ausgesprochen hellhöhrige Zimmer -nur alle 2 Tage Roomservice -keine ausreichende Belüftung gegen Wasserdampf im Badezimmer -Ecken und Schubladen mit Staub -Personal nur Bedingt zuvorkommend -Umgebung des Hotels sehr dreckig und mit sehr vielen auf dem Bürgersteig lebenden Menschen

The Hotel staff was incredible; specially Ed. He was a shining star the whole time, very friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful! The hotel is a hidden gem in the city!

The outside looks rough, but that’s just San Fran. The inside is super beautiful and clean, I loved the decor and cleanliness. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location to the venue- Regency Ballroom was in walking distance. There was also food downstairs and private parking (for a fee.)

I don’t like having to pay for parking. I feel as a guest of the hotel it should be included.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lobby area was well kept and rooms were clean. Location is ideal and walking distance from shops and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night here. Small room, but well appointed. Self parking is on-site and safe. Hotel employees were kind and helpful. Mel's Diner is attached and suited our needs. Great lobby area. Really a nice surprise.
