Location. Clean. Great staff.

In the room allocated to me, the wall AC unit is installed behind the curtains. The curtains block the heating and cooling. For safety reasons you need to pull the curtains back when AC is on heater mode, but you lose privacy.

De locatie is centraal. Levendige buurt (gayborhood).

Personeel. Ik kreeg een kamer die al van een ander was: bij binnenkomst trof ik geopende koffers aan. Vervolgens kreeg ik geen sleutels van een andere maar moest receptionist steeds mij persoonlijk in de kamer laten. Verhaal over kapotte kaartmachine. De receptionist zat met oordopjes in te eten en te boeren: bij inchecken en uitchecken. Geen interesse in de gasten.

Location was great, staff was polite and accommodating. Room was surprisingly spacious given the size of the rest of the hotel.

Paper thin walls. Small elevator and cramped hallways, a little bit yucky.

My room was not air conditioned so an electric fan was place in my room. The room was hot and uncomfortable during a period when temperatures soared into the nineties. The breakfast is coffee and fruit. When I arrived in my room #502, there was trash in the ice bucket. Also, the ice maker was broken. Finally, the hotel offered no discounts or any other compensation for the uncomfortable stay and they charged me for the two rooms that I reserved and also overcharged my travel mate for his room separately.

The location was great, but the hotel stay was horrible!!! The worst travel experience in my entire life!!!!!

I had trouble with my credit card but the staff there were willing to accommodate me on faith. Room service was good.

Presence of homeless people asking for money.
