Horrible. Will never visit this property again.

They sold NO food anywhere on property! Online pictures looked nothing like property. Very ran down. Will not recommend to any family or friends!

Awesome stay as usual. Always refer people

Love the homemade Donuts. Have been coming here for almost 50 years off and on. More the last 20 years. Always a favorite

Elevators were out of commission. Being older it would have been a problem but thankfully I was on bottom Floor and family was on second.

Stay away from Perrys!

Nothing. I booked a room and when we got there, there was 18 other people in the lobby and they didn't have anyone's rooms. They gave me a room far below what I booked and told me they was gonna give me a partial refund because the room was below what I booked for. They now are not giving the refund after i have written proof you would.. Stay away from this place!

Beach view was awesome

The indoor pool area was amazing The view of the ocean was amazing Great family atmosphere

overall pleasant stay, feel that a little more attention to cleanliness, would make it a lot better.

location was great with beautiful views of the ocean, tiki bar was awesome and staff was very friendly.

indoor pool and spa could be a little cleaner, spa has heavy chemicals that were burning my eyes. the floor of our room felt like it had never been mopped, so we pretty much wore our sandals walking around the room.

Breakfast donuts are very good

There was hotel workers making sure guests were not eating and drinking in the pool during the day but once night hit kids were eating in the pool and hot tub drinking soda in pool. Adults were drinking beer and leaving their cans all over the pool deck. They also allow 18 yr olds to rent rooms. So if you want to be around disrespectful 18 yr olds and people who don’t supervise their kids this is the place to be. We won’t be staying here again due to these issues. It didn’t used to be like this I hope management stricken down on their rules.

Very disappointed

Staff, mainly maintenance, we went to them with the issues. Beach was nice, and enough restaurants,etc. within walking distance.

Didn't like not being able to lock balcony door fully, or you wouldn't be able to open it without maintenance staff. Lots, I mean lots of itsy bity double winged flies in the rooms. Bought bug spray to kill them. It did, but just as many the next day. The smell of gas throughout the main hallway. It was awful. Called the lobby desk and told them the issue, and they hung up on me. I called back, and they did not answer. Flagged a maintenance member, which looked into it. It was really awful. Very run down. We understand the damage of the hurricanes. However, when walking around premises, someone could really get hurt. Tilted sidewalks, holes along the side of the walkways, etc. These things should have been fixed before accepting reservations We would like to return, but not for another year or two when all of the issues will be fixed from the storm damage. PS do not stay in room #217 or #317. All the rooms, but these two have full Oceanview. Our room did not. It had an obstructed view due to building next to it.

Overall the resort was good especially for the price. I would probably stay again because of the customer service.

It is right on the beach. Mary at the front desk was super busy but still handled everybody coming thru the door and on the phone very well.

I really do understand that everyone on the beach are recovering from the storm and that there are many more important things to worry about. But our microwave didn’t work and the silverware drawer wouldn’t stay on track. The elevator went down and I had to walk down and up 5 flights of stairs. Thankfully it was fixed before we had to check out the next morning.

Always perfect

Lots of places to sit by the ocean. Great view. Room was ready a little early.

Donuts not available until 7 and we had to leave by 6:30. Gift shop hours 9-4 didn't get yo go in there either.

Rooms were very nice and very clean

Front desk staff was rude and seemed like it was a hassle when they had to do their jobs.

Anniversary Getaway

We liked the handicap room they moved us to after we mentioned our concerns about the loud children in the room next to ours (we left ours at home for this anniversary trip). The handicap room was in its own little corner, with no neighbors and very little passing foot traffic. And the size of that room was amazing. The fresh made donuts for breakfast were great, and the location was good for almost anything you wanted to get to, including a Winn Dixie across the street if you forgot something... we didn't get to try the pool or extras, but they looked nice(if a bit crowded)

Finding out first room was difficult. The directions given weren't the clearest, and the room was on a bizarre half floor(in the garden area by the pool) when we were told the second floor... and our first room's size was TINY. The pictures had been a bit decieving... The handicap room size was great, but the AC wasn't up to cooling the entire thing(it was OLD)- they had a portable AC unit in the room(in addition to the built in one), but it didn't work at all.

Water poring out of the ceiling when we got off the elevator and water in the floor. You could hear loud noises in the parking lot. The bed was hard as a brick.
