Overall we did enjoy our stay there.

The location is good, it’s in a quiet lane right behind Hollywood Walk of Fame and Ovation Mall. The free breakfast was basic but the waffle served by Patricia was really good. She is a friendly and helpful staff at the dining area. There is also washer and dryer available for use with payment, $1.50 for washing detergent, $2 for each wash and dry. Parking is available for $17 per day but the lot is tight however the staff can help with parking if needed.

Encountered 2 front desk staffs in the morning who weren’t friendly or helpful. The room was quite dim more lights would be better. Outside the property has foul urine smell.

La ubicación excelente. El personal súper agradable. Desayuno incluido. Se nota la limpieza que hay. Habitación muy amplia, con tocador grande y una mini Salita con mesa y sillas, además de nevera.

Que en el desayuno te lo tuviese que preparar una empleada. Prefiero ir a mi ritmo y prepararme las cosas yo.

Centralissimo e accomodante.

Ottima posizione dietro ad Hollywood blv, struttura pulita ed accogliente, buona colazione servita con bagel, e waffle, oltre a succhi e bevande calde…in 3 minuti a piedi si raggiungeva il centro della vita di LA…parcheggio a pagamento ma dietro la struttura.

Forse la poca insonorizzazione delle stanze, il piano di sopra sembrava essere compreso con la tua stanza….nel complesso manca un ascensore.

La ubicación perfecta. La habitación comodisima para 4 personas y el desayuno muy correcto, con la atención de Patricia que fue encantadora, así como el personal de recepción que fueron muy amables

Que me cobraron sin avisar todo el importe desde el primer día en la tarjeta que había puesto en la reserva y no me lo dijeron, por lo que no me dieron opción de pagar con otra tarjeta, que es lo que quería ya que el banco me cobraba comisión

Ótima hospedagem e localização. Recomendo este Hotel.

Da hospedagem, limpeza, funcionários e principalmente da localização por ser perto das atrações e de uma estação de metrô. Café da manhã padrão americano, ou seja, sem frutas frescas, mas que atendeu a nossa expectativa com bons produtos. Gostaria de destacar principalmente a Sra. Priscila, que nos atendia no café da manhã por sua simpatia e gentileza com os hóspedes.

Boa localização e relação custo benefíco

Excelente localização, próximo as principais atrações da Los Angeles, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. O quarto é grande, o café da manhã é básico (simples), porém, o local é pequeno e teve um dia que tivemos que tomar café da manhã fora, pois estava lotado (tinha uma excursão).

Good price-quality relationship and localization

Good price-quality relationship and very well located, right behind the Dolby Theatre. Highly spaced bedroom, with confortable beds and nice shower. Breakfast employee Patricia was awesome! Very friendly and efficient while serving the meals.

Breakfast could include more diversified food, namely cheese, ham, eggs and yogurts.

Great staff and close to Hollywood Blvd. I enjoyed the waffles!

Great customer service and good to have a free breakfast - rooms dated but comfortable.

The area of Hollywood Blvd isn’t actually that great as a tourist. I’d reccomend other parts of LA.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location! Right by Chinese theater and Walk of Fame, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Universal Studios was a short drive away. Staff was great, very helpful, and Patricia who serves breakfast was wonderful! Her waffles were delicious and she treated you like family. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. We would definitely stay there again!

Can use some updating, like more outlets and more lighting, but these are very minor issues! Would have loved if they offered liquid/flavored creamer for coffee (rather than milk or powder packets) as well as fresh fruit with breakfast. Parking lot was very small and tight, but we were able to get a spot most days, and the one time it was full the front desk staff parked it for us in their back up parking lot and then parked it back in the main parking lot the next day.

Location, location and location!! 😊

The Belgian waffles were good, but the server was excellent. She talked to everyone and made us feel like old friends. She was efficient with waffles, bagels, and toast. Very pleasant!

The parking was tight, but the front desk clerk, Alvin, took care of my car when there was no available parking in the lot.

Awesome

Two king bed in two separate room, which is perfect for me and teen to stay in. My son lost something important and they found it and mailed to us after confirming via phone, we really appreciate.

Nice botique hotel. Central location but got a little noisy at nights. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast lady, Patricia, went above and beyond to satisfy us. The waffles were one of the best we have ever had. Patricia was defenitely the "celebrity" at the celebrity hotel.

The neighborhood is a bit noisy at night and it seemed like the windows let all the noice in.

Disappointing

I loved the location, got us from point A to point B. Room was clean, staff was great so a certain extent.

Power was out from 3p.m to the next morning till 6 a.m. no back up generator for the power, rooms were cold and dark, upsetting because for us traveler's we couldn't charge phones, tablet no t.v etc.. didn't even offer a credit for the day in a half for no power

The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd, Groman's Chinese, the Dolby theater, etc as well as Universal Studios was a 10 minute drive - our next destination. The breakfast was.better than expected and had a staff person help serve. The parkingat $16.50 was the best I've ever seen! Although it was a block away. Had nice enough kitchen equipment, and we liked that the beds were in 2 different rooms.

Bedroom was dated, very small bathroom. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the top of the stairs (102) that had sound from the lobby below and the street. And someone who got locked out was banging on the front door around 11 pm just below our room which went on for a long time

Great hotel in the middle of Hollywood

Very kind and friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Perfect location if you want to explore Hollywood. Big room and good wifi.

The „valet“ parking service was disappointing. At check-out I was just handed the keys again and needed to reverse out of a very narrow parking spot onto the main road. Moreover all settings of the car had been changed (side mirrors, lights, seat - crushing my items behind it). Would have been easier to park the car itself. The bathroom in the double bedroom room is all the way through the second bedroom, so very little privacy if you don’t stay with family.
