Great location.at quiet street

The location next to Grand Central and Bryant Park was great as we were close to everything and always close to home when we needed to go back for a rest. Also the staff was friendly and helpful! Quiet room, no noise from street or neighbours!

The size of the bed was a bit small for two people and there was only nightstand and electric sockets on one side. It was also very dark as no light came thru the window. I suspect this was becouse there were scaffolding outside the window, but we couldn't see thru the window to confirm this. I hope it was temporarly. Felt like a basement. Other then that we didn't notice the renovation going on.

Wonderful, would love to return

Nice, attentive employees. Clean space, excellent location. Close but not too close to the action.

Expensive, but unfortunately it seems every place is in NYC

Preis / Leistung war sehr gut. Da aber immer neu angepasst wird, passt es nicht immer

für den ersten Aufenthalt in NY super Lage Nähe der 5th Ave. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen und weitere Strecken wie Downtown mit Brooklyn Bridge und Abfahrten für Hafenrundfahrten / Naturkundemuseum / Central Park gut mit der UBahn da Central Station und Zugang Bryant Park nur jeweils ein paar Minuten weg waren.

Favoloso 👍

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla pulizia della camera alla cordialità e gentilezza del personale. La posizione è strategica, a due passi dalla Central Station. La camera è dotata di una Nespresso machine che per noi ha un valore aggiunto.

Excelente estancia.

Hotel excelente, tanto ubicación, habitación, limpieza, personal. Están renovando todo el hotel pero NO afectó para nada nuestra estancia. Tuvimos la suerte de hospedarnos en habitación ya renovada y nos encantó. Estuvimos muy a gusto en general.

I like it-it seems to be one of my two regular places to stay when in the city.

This hotel and Cloud One in the FiDi are my go to hotels when I come here for work annually. I prefer midtown "east", the hotel is close to GCT, public transit and many food options. The room was nice, the view looks into a neighboring building. Another hotel without a resort or destination fee.

It would be nice to get a room on the street side for some additional light but otherwise the place is good. I will consider it again for the next time I'm in town.

Good location and reasonably priced for New York - marred by the fact that facilities are currently a bit basic.

Good convenient midtown location. The hotel was up front about the fact that the building was undergoing renovation but I didn’t encounter any disturbance.

Rooms are a bit dark / dim and clearly in need of a renovation as well. It was difficult to find an available socket - to charge a phone. Worth bearing in mind for the next planned renovation.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend it. Location is fantastic and staff are so helpful.

Un hôtel parfaitement situé ! À 5 min à pied de Bryan Park, à côté de l’empire state building et de Times Square . Le personnel est adorable réactif . Le lit est tellement confortable

Room was great. The guy at the front desk was amazing. He has great customer service. When the elevator was taking too long and we expressed we’d rather take the stairs, he took us all the way down and held the doors for us.

Quiet and Comfortable stay in an Amazing Location

Amazing location with easy access to the Metro, City bike station right outside your door, dollar pizza down the road, New York Public Library and Bryant park across the street, and Times Square is just down the road! Great sizable room with a comfortable big bed. Quiet and good blinds for sleeping off the jet lag

well located, affordable option. All was clean and the staff was very helpful, the room size was better comparing to the tiny rooms that you typically find in NYC

The room was cold and the A/C was not enough, the staff provided an additional heater but I never felt 100% comfortable with the internal temperature in the room. the rooms look a bit old

not clean. beds very uncomfortable. only one elevator working. on morning of checkout the housekeeping staff came to the room 3 times to ask when we were leaving. one time walking right into the room without knocking.

very pleasant and easy.

the staff was pretty friendly and welcoming made the checkout experience quick and easy. Also the room was clean and spacious.

the only thing I would say was that in the morning around 9:30am we had one of the maids knock on our door and since we were still asleep because our checkout time wasn’t until 11am we didn’t wake up hoping they’d go away. After like three knocks the maid swiped the key and opened the room, that’s when we woke up scared and screamed that we were in the bed.

The staff are so nice, but the rooms need a revamp.

The photos of the rooms in Booking, are completely different. The furniture was scratched, the lamps on the side of the bed, were not in good condition. They do not allow to use the air conditioning, in the wintertime, and the room was hot.

The bed and the pillows are too fluffy. The carpet neither.

staff checked in with us daily to make sure we were taken care of. Steakhouse was amazing.

location was fantastic! king size bed and room was larger.

temperature in the room was difficult to control but we were never uncomfortable.

Property is in a great location and room was spacious and beds were nice and big.

Property is very dated and tired, no tv in the room and room was clean but not spotless. Reception also smells terribly of cleaning products.

Great location, big room.

Had to request pillows and towels every day - wasn’t noted with housekeeping that there were 3 guests.
