Disappointed and will not be returning

The shake shop being next door was the highlight of the stay. Fishing directly off the beach.

Cooking utensils were not completely clean in the unit upon our arrival. There were stains on the bedding even though it smelt like it had been bleached. The pull out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. It was nearly impossible to sleep through the night with the constant sound of other units flushing their toilets or taking showers. The washer/dryer combo was located in a closet where the closet door wouldn't open all the way. It made it very difficult to use. We stayed in 2020 and we rebooked based on how much we liked it that time but based on this experience, we will not be returning.

It was okay but not blown away

The 2nd bedroom is a little small and the room could've been cleaner. The kitchen and living room space definitely needed a thorough cleaning.

The elevator close to our rooms was down for several days making it a huge inconvenience

We will be back!!!!

Staff was kind, whatever we needed they were there to help. Location is perfect to beach, restaurants, grocery and John’s Pass. Loved there was option to rent umbrella and chairs 9-5. Cash only rental. It’s our 2nd year staying g here. We spend our days on the beach and the condo to sleep

The bathrooms weren’t clean, mold. The dishwasher smelled sour. There were just some maintenance things that needed to be done. Location was great, just wish there was an elevator on the east side of building gym. Our last visit room was perfect. This room needed some TLC.

We had a great time after we stocked up

Location is great. Walked everywhere. Close to John’s pass and the beach walk. Nice condo.

There are no basic amenities. No corkcsrew. No paper towels. No coffee or filters. Beds were great…very comfortable but the couch and chairs were pretty bad. Maybe my expectations were too high based on other places I’ve stayed, but I wouldn’t call this a well-appointed unit.

Best for a group of young friends

The pools were great. Hotel bar serves yummy drinks. The two bedrooms made it possible for us to stay up past our toddler's bed time. Staff were welcoming. Steps to beach.

It was dirty. There was black mold in the shower. The furniture was really gross. I had to put a towel down to comfortably sit down. The windows let in so much light we had to tuck towels in to block it.

Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Eine Renovation wäre notwendig.

Beautiful getaway in the middle of winter

Beautiful gulf view. Checkin and checkout was super easy. We sipped coffee on our balcony with gorgeus views. Definitely recommend. Apartment was spacious, we were 4 people (2 couples) and everyone had their privacy.

Great vacation

Not a great place for the price.

Beautiful beach. Good pool for kids. Nice little bar. People who work in the cafe were great. Lots of kids to play with.

Floors felt sticky in our room. Some of the plates had food stuck on them. TVs in bedrooms were the tiniest things I’ve ever seen. Remote in one room did not work at all. Location of hotel is good but the rooms were 2 star at best.

The room was in poor condition and dirty. There was a lack of equipment such as cutlery and toilet paper. There was no housekeeping service except for the last day when they delivered some towels

Beautiful beaches and awesome staff made for a perfect summer vacation.

Great location! Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were clean.

The only thing I would say is there were a couple of minor things that needed attention. For example, the towel rack in the guest bathroom completely fell off when putting a towel on it. I was able to fix it well enough. There were several light bulbs burnt out. Also, the sliding door to the balcony was pretty loose. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we loved our stay.

Awesome view!

I loved the location. We were walking distance from the board walk. The area was not busy when we was there.The pools were great the beach view was amazing. The staff was nice. I will book again.

The cabinets nobs were broken and the parking is not all that great. While I was there someone poured drink over the balcony on my car. That left waterspots. I had to get it professionally cleaned.

The rooms could be much cleaner and when booking it states beachfront suites. Not all rooms are beachfront they are more slightly view the beach. We ended up upgrading our room for actual beachfront and did pay the add’l $565.00

I would really consider staying again but not in 312 North

The outside area was awesome and clean, staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and the view was awesome. Check in and check out was very smooth. I may consider staying at sunset vista again, maybe!

Where do I start? Room wasn’t very clean! The dishwasher smelled really bad! The microwave when in use would shut off and would say needs serviced! The fridge wouldn’t stay closed! 2 bedroom condo with 4 glasses and limited silverware. Bedroom sliding glass door hard to open! I found out the condo is individually owned! Owners of 312 North just don’t care. I may stay again but not in 312 north. Owners should be shut down and place needs remodeling ASAP!

The only thing good about this place is beach is beach access.

Filthy. Had to cover couch and chairs with sheets. couch has several throw up or semen stains all over it. chairs covered stain from who knows what. All baseboards covered in filth- never have been wiped. I have photos. front desk is not helpful and is rude. plumbing was shut off and had no water for our last day of stay and could not shower, flush toilet or cook food for breakfast/ lunch .

Rooms were spacious and clean and even the partial Gulf view was better than expected. Nice pool area and great bar downstairs open until 1am, staff were friendly
