Ticked all of the boxes for a city break.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean. Swimming pool nice size.

Friendly front desk staff, upgraded to upper floor. Spacious room. Great location.

Needs some upgrades around calking in the bathroom and replace worn furnishings. Picture of the pool made it look bigger than actual size. What made the rating go really down was the unorganized breakfast area. No leadership, worst coffee in my life. It was quite chaotic. Staff tried to be friendly but there was no leadership.

It was meh

Staff was friendly and place was clean. The location was nice could it was walking distance to everywhere I was planning on going too.

My shower had no hot water. I had to take a freezing cold water. They fixed it, only for it to go out again the following morning. I had told the front desk and it was still not fixed

A comfortable place to rest our heads.

The room was huge and reasonably priced for what we received. The balcony was a really nice touch I cannot seem to find anywhere else. The hotel was close enough to a lot of stuff as well. Tim was incredibly kind and helpful.

Some facilities seemed a bit out of date. The overall look was a bit dated. Some light fixtures mounted to the wall were crooked and our bathtub stopper was loose to the point where I removed it from the tub. We also asked for a microwave and just didn't get it despite asking day after day during our week trip.

The stay was okay because of the location. I wouldn’t stay here in the future.

I liked that it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. It was from walking distance to many places.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t as clean. The shower was getting clogged first day there and the lever for the water wouldn’t stay still, making the water go hot.

Great location.

Bed sheets and towels were dirty and stained. Staff was unfriendly and the fitness center is abandoned and poorly equipped. When checking out I asked for a receipt of my stay. The attendant refused to print it and insisted I’d get it in my email. It’s been four days since I checked out and I haven’t received the receipt yet. Wrote twice to the hotel informing my email address and requesting the receipt and was complete ignored.

What a quick visit even though was nice our request merry not met and felt our simple request were ignored

Property was in a great location downtown with access to great restaurants and areas of interest.

The room we had was ok but looked out the window and it was a concrete wall. I requested that we be put in a room with some kind of view l. Just felt we were in the dungeon and my request were ignored.

The hotel was only a crush pad nothing more...

We liked the central location...

The room was not made up or we got clean towels, from the first to the second day, even after requesting at the reception, nothing happened. Further there was no way to get a king size bed which we had specifically requested.

Convenient location and parking was allowed until 3 pm on the day of check out.

There is no lock on the balcony for the inside. The plugs were loose and unable to hold cords. Restaurant charged tip that was not authorized. The hotel incorrectly charged parking in the room.The room was not clean properly (hair in shower, walls dirty). The pool was small and had no shallow end. The pool was closed for the end of our stay. Staff unconcerned with issues.

Nice hotel with great location and view

The location was great! The room was spacious, clean, with TV with variety of different channels, balcony, with comfortable beds.

The staff that answered my calls regarding my reservation wasn’t nice.
