Den Erwartungen entsprechend. Nähe zum Flughafen ist das entscheidende Plus für mich.

Ich habe das Hotel in erster Linie wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. Dementsprechend wurden meine Erwartungen auch erfüllt. Ansonsten, ein recht standardmäßiges amerikanische Hotel.

Das Umfeld hätte ich mir mit mehr Möglichkeiten abends zum Essen zu gehen gewünscht.

Bad Night

close to airport

The room we received was an adjoining room with a group of people having a party. We called down to the desk at 2AM to complain and they said they would send someone up deal with but they did not. We were up until 4AM when it finally got quiet. I complained to the manager Angel and the best she said she could do was to give me some Marriott Bonus points because I booked through Booking.com. I wanted the stay credited.

Very nice hotel

Stylish, clean

The midnight shuttle driver pretended to be waiting for me at the airport. I was stranded for 2 1/2 hrs thinking I must be in the wrong place, (even tho he passed me up,never attempted to stop) then we he HAD to BRING guests to the airport I was able to CATCH him! By then it was 4AM!

Close to the airport

Our waitress at the restaurant was very rude, did not smile and was not friendly. The room was not cleaned well and very outdated. Walls were paper thin, sounded like there was a party in one of the rooms.

Room is too dark because there are only lamps Toilet light is operated by motion-detect sensor and it does not work properly and light is turned off very soon and I have to take a shower in darkness

Customer service was not accommodating and acted like we were an annoyance.

convenience to and from the airport

They didn't save our room like they said they would in an email I have with them and because we came in after midnight they gave it away and we had to get and pay for 2 more rooms instead of the one with 2 queen beds. Then they said they would reimburse my card and they didn't. I am still in a dispute with them about this.

very werid layout motel like and very long walk to from lobby and then back to distant parking lot

it was clean

too far for walking and parking from room; front desk treated me like 2nd class citizen because I booked thru Bookings.com and not direct; and the restaurant staff was incredibly unfriendly even when I purchased a $50 meal. The older lady with blonde hair was just very aloof and rude I did not complain or ask for anything but I would not stay at this hotel again despite the meal was good.

They allowed me to check-in early! I made two bookings and for some reason the first booking was visa payment always not approved. Clean and relatively affordable place with good staff!

One of the receptionists was a bit cold when I was asking about charges that the hotel should have taken.

Good if needing to be near airport

Location great for airport, shuttle service good

No towels in pool area, limited sun loungers, bar opens at 4; but was shut later on, restaurant staff mixed up food order and forgot about our main courses, taxi ordered from reception didn't arrive , had to ask different staff member to order another one

I needed a comfortable hotel next to the airport for a morning flight.

The property exceeded my expectations both in terms of moderness, cleanliness, and also in terms of value and location. I would definitely stay here again. Very very nice property.
