Was ok to stay for a night.

Staff nicely helped with conditioning. They provided a coffee.

We were cleaning the dust ourselves. It was full of dust. It was noisy, because of cars.

It was comfortable and friendly. Not 100% sure I’d book there any tho, ther are tons of other updated modern facilities

Facility is definitely outdated (decor) it took me back to the early 90’s, however fairly clean. I was impressed for the heated pool, and the sauna!

Was on the expensive side for the room and amenities but cheapest for closest to Hunter Mountain.

Giid value fir the money.

The bed comfortable. Room was well equipped. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Room faced parking lot which faced a fence which faced a highway. Coffee was laughably watery.

Bedding was stained, no heat in hallways and loud heating unit in room which made it impossible to sleep.

The room was perfect for the time we stayed in the area for skiing at Hunter Mountain.

The swimming pool is great. No hot tub but good sized clean pool.

No free breakfast, although there's a diner in the hotel facilities.

Superb

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Abby's Restaurant was a bonus. Food was delicious, generous and reasonably priced.

Superb

I needed a last minute booking at a very busy time of year. This hotel was fairly priced and well located. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly (and welcomingly) quiet.

Would never stay here again.....want a refund or credit this was awful and unacceptable!

Absolutely Nothing!

Horrible experience! Leak in the room onto the bed, uncomfortable beds, dingy and dirty looking, rundown, extremely disappointed and majority of other surrounding hotels were booked!

There was hair in my shower drain that I had to get out because it was clogging the drain, which was absolutely disgusting to have to do. It was expensive for the quality, old and outdated, could definitely use a renovation. The highway noise isn’t the best, but I know that’s the location.

Not good!

The location. It was close to the horse show.

There were bugs in the shower and night stand. The front desk was made aware, but nothing changed. I called the property and was told a manager would get back to me, but its been 4 days and heard nothing.
