rooms are always clean & woukd rather eat in if there was a different atmosphere

the inside is clean & staff are very nice. the bar & patio need a makeover. the outside is lots of weeds & lacks attention. a new restaurant opened up in the new place by A & W & always full. the demographic is mainly above 60 & amazing menu & service. no place around with Patio & people would rather stay there & eat. breakfast is always good & hash browns are crispy. the day shift are really attentive but night shift ladies just watch their phones. i think there is so much opportunity lost & even a bench outside. i know times are tough & so much competition but build it & they will come.

Overall a great stay at a great price.

Price here is amazing for a group. We do a yearly event about 20mins north of Ft Sask and it’s priced very well to allow this. It’s nice to come back and have a comfy bed and a shower after a long day outdoors. They have trolleys to move gear and equipment to the rooms which is great, and vending machines for beverages as well. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast is adequate. But the price makes up for it as there are many many options around for food or breakfast when we wanted it. Tim’s, McDonalds, A and W.

The only redeeming qualities of this hotel were the friendly staff and the amazing breakfast burritos.

The hotel was EXTREMELY hot everywhere but the rooms. Hauling bags in was a nightmare. It was very hot and very stuffy and very smelly and quite dirty. The whole hotel seemed rundown and musty and somehow smelled off. They told us after that up until 4 years ago the entire hotel allowed smoking. No wonder it stunk! Our room wasn't bad, but my sister and her fiance had to change rooms 3 times before being in one that didnt stink. Very disappointing experience facility wise.

Absolutely amazing stay!!

The AC in our initial room was frozen and making a hideous noise. The young woman at the front desk moved us to another room immediately. And she was wonderful for advice on our upcoming visit to Elk Island. All the staff were so friendly and wonderful. We will absolutely be back!!

There wasn't one thing that I didn't like.

Great value for your money

The room was nice and big. Having a DVD player in the room was great cause there isn't always anything good on TV. It was nice having a restaurant on site. The food at Roustabouts was really good.

The only thing that we didn't really care for was the free breakfast. Now don't get me wrong, free is good but it was just ok. The omelette was meh, the hashbrowns were a bit soggy and there wasn't any sausage or bacon. I'm not sure if the warmer was hot enough or maybe not working properly but the food was only lukewarm. Everything else was good though.

Overall, I’m satisfied about our stay ,coming from a long trip.

We did not attend breakfast as it’s too early and cut off time is only from 7-9am.

Air conditioning is old with rattling sound; Breakfast cut off is too early to close

Breakfast and staff were exceptional when compared to many other hotels and motels I have stayed in.

The air conditioner was very noisy and had no turn off option. As a result I had to unplug it and eventually padded the noisy thing with all the pillows to curb the noise. In the morning it was covered with frost.

Even though the mattress was worn when I reported it to the main desk they responded well.

I liked the location and the staff were very friendly. The room was claan too.

The mattress on the bed I slept in was worn out and should have been either replaced or turned over.

The location is great, the hotel was beautiful, clean, welcoming. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again. The food from the restaurant was excellent.

Garbage

Asked for a quiet room and I got an adjoining room with someone next door who liked to listen to his tv loudly and until midnight, person above me walked around all night and at 3 am. Woke up feeling tired and unrested.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was great and the staff provided excellent service. It was nice to have a take-away breakfast.

There were only a few channels available on TV. It would have been nice to have an air freshener in the room.
