We feel cheated and mocked by the hotel and Booking

I did not like anything. The worst place I've ever been!

The Booking photos do not match at all with what they wanted to give me. Dirty, smelly, unsafe place, the manager was very rude and ill-mannered. In the end we didn't stay. We had to pay for another hotel and lose all the money for this one. We feel very scammed by the hotel and by Booking.

We ended up leaving and staying somewhere Elise.

This property is pretty rough. The rooms not that clean and the vibe of the place felt like a scary movie. The internet is very slow. We ended up leaving and just eating the cost of two night.

Centrally located to visit wineries and go into Napa.

Basic shelter, comfortable bed and clean.

Affordable, convenient, clean, and quiet stop for an evening.

Property is right off Silverado trail and was only 5 minutes n from my event at CIA Copia. Quiet and updated in the rooms. While the buildings are old on the outside the interior seemed fresh. No extra facilities or amenities.

Bed was a bit hard, the wall under the bathroom sink was damaged.

Okay for 1-2 nights.

Location. Drive up parking. Microwave & fridge.

Room could be updated. It seemed to dip lowered on one end. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small and could have been cleaner. Room key kept getting demagnetized.

It was in a little corner on a shelf. You could barely see it yet alone eat.

The toilet was on top of the wall so you could barely fit. No extra blankets. No Kleenex.

Nothing to like.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was dirty, pillowcase full of hair and stains. The room smelled awful like bleach and mold. The chair was stained and the fridge smelled like rotting food.

I wouldn’t recommend this place although the area is awesome.

Online we booked and had a two beds booked. We opened the door to only find one bed. After a long discussion with the property manager we couldn’t resolve the issue.

complete invasion of privacy

everything. Front desk agent demanding that I cancel this reservation and pay in cash so that she was in charge a fee said she would be able to match the price will not only does she charge anymore? She never canceled the booking so I’ve now paid twice.

Great little place to stay while in Napa, CA. Nothing fancy but the room was clean and delightful. I read some of the reviews about the rudeness but I did not encounter that.. Mimi was very accommodating and checked us in an hour early. I'll be back.
