We had an amazing stay and trip to Quebec City. Would recommend this hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel. Location and room were perfect! Bed was very comfortable. Parking attendant was very helpful, kind, and patient assisting me to find the parking beneath the building.

It's located on downtown Quebec and Old Quebec city, there are a lot of tourist attractions and there seems a lot of things to accomplish in the best vicinity of the location.

One of the Receptionist- a guy was bit dismissive of our request for a change of room and said you booked this room

Decor is a tad dated. Need a repaint of balconies to update the look and make it pleasant and more inviting.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was wonderful!

The location was great! We were within walking distance of many popular attractions. I loved that it had onsite parking. The room was clean and spacious.

It was a little noisy but mainly because we were poolside (at least they were happy noises). We were awakened at 3:30 am due to the fire alarm going off and we had to evacuate. All was good but I wish there had been an explanation as to why.

Fantastic for families and close proximity to restaurants and Old Quebec tourist sites.

We enjoyed the space of two separate rooms and the very comfortable beds. Also, appreciated the location.

We have no complaints about the property.

vary bad hotel . didn’t evert have thus name “ royal place “

the hotel need lot of maintenance . entrance door doesn’t closed by itself . it may case major security issue . plumbing was so bad . many thing need fix up . after we made complaining there only have one security guy come up the room to look at . can’t do anything . never send housekeeping to clean up room after one day stay .
