The hotel was clean and served breakfast as well. The only downside was the condition of the pool!!

When I stayed at the hotel, it was summer so I was looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool with my grandchildren. The pool was dirty & obviously hadn’t been cleaned by the staff. Very disappointed with this situation.

10/10 (minus the bed comfort) would stay again

Clean and quiet. Close proximity to the highway and great restaurants. The free breakfast offered a nice variety and the breakfast attendant, Sima, was an absolute delight! Absolutely loved her! She deserves a raise and a hug :) Seriously though…she really was the highlight of our mornings.

The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. A little too firm for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

I was very disappointed! It felt like a Super 8 stay and NOT the service of a HILTON hotel

Below average for a Hilton. There was no yogurt only 2 juices and nothing like the one in Vanderbilt/ Nashville location was amazing!

The pipes burst and no water Sunday morning. I worked over night painting the break room of APPLE store in Salem NH mall! I was so dirty and had to drive home to NYC with no shower! I deserve a credit for a free night!

Check in and out were efficient and the rooms are perfectly setup.

The bathroom had a few stray hairs when we arrived. The person manning the breakfast wasn't as cheery as previously (we have stayed a few times). We didn't feel comfortable asking questions, like was there peanut butter available for the toast. She seemed to be in a hurry and too busy to help, so we didnt want to interrupt.

Overall fabulous experience

Great location, easy access to the highway but quiet location. The breakfast was very good but the staff member who ran it was just delightful. She greeted everyone with a hearty good morning and made sure everything was well stocked. Room was large and clean, full size fridge.

My only negative was that a large bag of garbage, not sure if someone dumped it outside of their room or cleaning staff left it, outside my door late afternoon until the next morning

I thought I was booking directly with the property and was surprised to see my confirmation from booking.com. It clearly stated that I would be traveling with a dog and requested a room on the first floor near an exit. The confirmation confirmed the total price for the two nights' stay. The idea was to not disturb other guests as we'd be leaving each morning early for a sheep dog trial in Haverhill. Upon arrival I was informed that the property had no record of my request or knowledge or the pet. I was charged an additional $75. The room was on the 3rd floor directly over the basketball courts which were "used" until 11 pm with lots of hoopla. The chandelier in the kitchen area didn't work, there were no tissues in the tissue box in the bathroom (not a big deal), the ice bucket was cracked and no shampoo. Breakfast was very good.

.Well set breakfast area. Lots of choices. Stuff was vigilant and took care of guests.

. My room was not ready when I arrived. I arrived 2 hours after my scheduled time. It wasn't pleasant. However, front desk apologized for the inconvenience. I got a new room.

Disappointed

Pool was closed, this should have been posted on the website. Breakfast opens too late 7am, very difficult for traveling due to sports and needing to eat before going to games for the day. I booked the hotel because it included breakfast, the staff gave me a very hard time about asking for food early, even though I called the night before with this request. It was very frustrating and upsetting.

We would have liked to used the pool as that was part of our trip. It also would have been told before hand that the pool was under construction.
