It was near a lot of restaurants and in the heart of downtown

I wasn’t told about any extra money coming out of my account for a security deposit or anything

another room could hear me talking on phone and I wasn't loud. The woman came and knocked on my door and was very rude. I didn't open door but she yelled at me to keep it down and it was 10am when people are up. I didn't report it to front desk to avoid conflict with her.

Awesome m my, I will be back to Charlotte and I won’t stay anywhere else

The staff were amazing We had booked a deluxe executive twin queen with lounge access on the 14th, the room was very good, however we were given a room with an office block opposite on the 14th floor, a bit of a disappointing view. I asked the receptionist if we could possibly have a room with a better view as we were there for 5 nights, the receptionist obliged and what a room he gave us… and what a view, the room was fantastic anyway, but to wake up or come back to the city skyline really made our holiday. Thank you all Omni staff, all went over and above 😀 I also have to mention the 14th floor lounge, what a great touch… made us feel like royalty

I though $45 per night was a bit excessive for parking but I really don’t want to complain as my stay was absolutely fantastic

9/10 I would recommend! Mostly because of the staff!

The staff here was PHENOMENAL! They were attentive, polite, and always eager to assist! I appreciate the help from everyone.

The room could have been a bit more spacious, it definitely needed more mirrors and at night, the lighting wasn’t great. I loved the view and it was very comfortable.

way overpriced compared to surrounding hotels and valet was $45 for 1 day . we also had to pay $15 to have Wi-Fi . room was small . we were suppose to have they 500 sq ft . room. and maybe it was because I requested an early check-in.
