The room has all you need! Great location in the heart of east village. Our kids loved the pool! The breakfast was really tasty.

The suite was actually one room but we thought it would have a wall.

I liked the location. Easy walk to everywhere. The full size fridge, cook top and dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker made me very happy. The room itself was great

The pull out couch I think was broken. My son slept on an angle all weekend. The food wasn’t the best.

The staff's kindness was absolutely superb. It wasn't just perfunctory kindness, but I could really relate. All the staff I encountered laughed and said hello. The view of downtown was amazing, stunning hotel.

If there's anything to be desired, there's a gap in the door, so there's from both light and sound in the hallway. We really wanted to sleep dark and deep, but the light leaking through the door held us back, and so did the noise.

Breakfast was to be made in haste due to rush and was to wait long for a second trip to grab something, even when it was a juice refill.

very nice inside, beds were comfy, spacious rooms.

there is no free parking, either across the street in public paid parking or underground for $25/day which if i had known that, i probably wouldve chosen a different hotel. location is very confusing. there is temporary parking in front on a busy downtown street but only fits 3 cars at a time. the other temporary parking area was very hard to find and is up on a curb which is not easy for small, lower cars. it is also located in a back alley and has no signs to help you find it. being that the hotel is located downtown, i was not comfortable parking outside so i chose underground parking. the underground parking is almost invisible and i drove in 3 circles around the building before calling the hotel to ask for help finding it which was very confusing. once again, no signs to indicate where it is. we only found it because we seen another car come out of it and realized thats where it was. the underground parkade is also very tiny and impossible to turn around in so make sure you’re either very good at reversing your car in a tight area or have a back-up camera. the stalls themselves are 3 stalls between concrete pillars and VERY small, so if someone parks badly, theres no way youre fitting in a stall. i had to ask my passenger to get out and guide me because of how tough it is to park down there. it is also located in the same small back alley so if you pass it you have to find a place to turn around in a tight downtown area. not very convenient for those who dont know the city like myself. one of the front desk staff was also very confusing, monotoned, and could barely explain anything to us.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable, convenient for what we needed. Staff we very helpful a n d breakfast included was very enjoyable.

The design, the location

Insecure parking. Next time build the underground parking first. Ensure adequate USB outlets. B grade hotels already have them. Put in at least two waste baskets.

Hot tub and pool are lovely. Location is very convenient. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Staff is super friendly.

Night life outside hotel doors was unsettling some nights.

It was nice to find a pet friendly place with a 1 bedroom suite.

The location was super sketchy (homeless people and police everywhere), the breakfast was pretty terrible, the staff (especially breakfast staff) were not hospitable, and we would not return.

Pleasant reception staff even late at night. Room was clean and quite spacious. Good shower with nice complimentary toiletries. Nice breakfast, although not a great selection. Good coffee. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good location.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Could do with some changing rooms in the pool area. Not a very pleasant view from our room (a burnt out building opposite).

The hotel suite was as expected. Very spacious room at where we stayed. The hotel comes with free breakfast for each night stayed.

This is my second Homewood suite. The suites here so no offer a privacy bedroom unlike the Ottawa branch. It was still good nonetheless. Dining area for breakfast is SMALL. people were waiting in line for breakfast.

Rooms we pleasant, large and clean. Great shower. The bed was excellent with good pillows and sheets.

Drug addicts passed out everywhere outside the hotel. Breakfast room was extremely small and crowded. Parking is non-existent except in public lot across the street. Lobby doors lock at 8PM.

The hotel pool was never cleaned. There were people with small children still in diapers that were not water or swimmers diapers. Which made they fall a part in the water. The diaper insides were floating all in the pool. And was still in the water the next day. The food in the buffet is small and absolutely unappealing. This property is really not worth the price.

Great rooms that were clean, spacious and comfortable. Convenient location for the BMO centre. Staff was very friendly.

I would suggest including paper towels in the room. Size and location of room was great.
