Beautiful hotel, I’ll definitely be back

I LOVED the view from my window of the lake and pool, which by the way was amazing to hangout at! Jacuzzi was a plus! Clean beautiful rooms! Location was perfect and close to everything.

El check-in fue increíble y muy rápido. El área de la piscina es excelente y el jacuzzi lo amé. Me gustó mucho la comida del hotel, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Volveremos a este hotel pues ha superado nuestras expectativas.

La cama que le faltó color arriba en el espaldar. Solicitamos más body wash y hand wash y no lo trajeron, nos dieron jabones en barra. Todo estuvo súper bien, además de lo antes mencionado. Muy contentos con nuestra elección.

- Abgewohnt (z.B Vorhang zerrissen) - 15. Stock riecht feucht, Zimmer stank, (wurde jedoch problemlos gewechselt) - Personal nicht gut geschult. Kreditkarte doppelt belastet, Frühstücksvoucher vergessen, - Trotz inkludiertem Frühstücks wird Tip auf Basis 25$| Person erwartet. Das ist viel zu viel für eine Selbstbedienungstheke und nur das Kaffee bringen. - falsche Beschreibung auf Booking.com. KEIN täglicher Zimmerservice. Nur alle 3 Tage! Dann muss das Zimmer für den zweiten Tag aber auch günstiger sein.

It was clean and staff was helpful. Diverse areas to gather. Large pool.

The workout room was tired. Equipment was not all working. Exercise balls were flat and crusty. Ice machines were not all working on floors and showed signs of water damage to the floors.

Piss stain on comforter

The staff. Nice people and helpful.

My room smelled like piss when I walked in. After the second day, we realized the comforter on my bed had a huge piss stain, so I was sleeping with a piss stain on my bed which is most likely why the room smelled like piss. I felt really disgusted after this. I been coming here for years and i've never seen a piss stain on my comforter, so from now on I'll have to check the beds once I walk in the room. Also, really loud neighbors. Seemed like there was a bunch of kids staying on my floor and they kept running back and forth in the halls, knocking on doors and going back to their rooms.

Except the aging of the actual building (public spaces)the service, cleanliness, food at the lobby restaurant exceeded my expectations.

Elevator floor cracked, paints falling off, sofa in the room old & passed the useful life. Basically the infrastructure of the building.

My stay was efficient, courtesy and priced right.

The location and proximity to the airport was perfect. The price, room size and amenities were spot on. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed headboard was previously damaged and painted over when it should have been replaced.

gentillesse du petit personnel (serveurs, femmes de chambre, personnel chargé du nettoyage...)

hôtel ayant sérieusement besoin d'être "rafraîchi" (papiers peints, moquettes, carrelages...) chambres sombres et pas de room service plein d'énormes iguanes à la piscine (sur les fauteuils, transats, bord de l'eau...) refus de nous permettre de rester 2 heures de plus en chambre par rapport au check out à 11h, (alors que vol à 17H00) si ce n'est en payant 75 $, et ce, malgré un séjour d'une semaine et une facture de 2100 €...pas très "commercial"

The aesthetics. The hotel is gorgeous.

I reserved an ADA compliant room because my fiance is wheelchair bound, and we were moved to FOUR different rooms the night we checked in, none of which matched our specific needs. We had to wait until early Saturday afternoon before we got a room that was ADA compliant. When i complained at check in- I was told that the issue regarding us not being in the type of room we needed was at the fault of booking.com. Overall, we are very displeased with our experience. We were told we’d have one night of our stay comped, but when i call to inquire, I’m referred back to booking.com. This experience has been a nightmare and i will be seeking legal representation

The pool was beautiful, plenty of towels, loungers and umbrellas.

The cash buffet was very good. The food was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The shower temper control came off in my hand the first day and I was able to fix it.

NO pool side service or pool side bar. NO BLENDED drinks! The restaurant was closed during the day. Limited menu with same choices throughout week. It was spring break why wasn’t there full service food. We had to Door Dash.

The Westin Fort Lauderdale was the best location for Hoggins Everlasting

Jayla at the front desk was very welcoming. Smiling from the time we entered the building.

The room only had one wash cloth usually there is two.

The staff made a huge difference. They were very professional and responsive.

Staff was amazing and room was spacious.

I changed rooms because my original room smelled and the carpet was filthy. I was moved to a room that was better but the carpet was still pretty bad. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need carpets replaced and the sofa in our second room was also in bad shape.
