There was no house keeping daily and wife noticed roaches

Nice place, needs better upkeep.

Several maintenance items in room need attention.

It was clean and always someone walking around making sure it was clean

It says it’s a smoke free facility all over the place yet people were smoking everything from cigarettes and cigars to weed😡

My room was clean and the location was good

Parking will ruin your whole experience!! if you have a suv/van basically anything thats not compact size look elsewhere unless u wana spend 15/20 minutes parking. Tight parking garage across the street. Car paint all on the walls because is so tight! Literally thats the only parking available near the resort. I also don’t like the fact that all of the balconies are facing one another … so enjoy watching the sea while also being about to see everyone else balcony and beds because the beds are facing the sliding door.

The best part was the hammock, hot tubs, and beach access!! We also loved seeing all the doggies.

It was kind of hard getting the beach wagon up the steps going to the beach and back. There should definitely be a ramp for this. This would be very helpful!!

The location was perfect. I can look out on the balcony and see the ocean. Beautiful. The pool parties was fun

The bathroom was a bit tiny not enough to open the door. I would suggest a sliding door for those rooms. Also, another suggestion a full body mirror would be great. As a shortie like myself, the bathroom mirror or the other was okay, but I had to step on the chair to see myself head to toe. Those two things were the only thing that I didn’t like.

The rooms were comfortable and decently clean. I Lysol remote and switches door knobs refrigerator handles etc. which were pretty dirty.

I feel the property mislead the facility in the description and pictures. No gift shop. The bar Lounge was never open when I went to 2nd floor for a cocktail. Pool bar closed very early and the lazy river was for kids. Very misleading pics!! I booked mainly for the lazy river and never got in it because it was inside and for kids

Not handicap accessible to the beach. Smoking all over the balconies. My gf and I got bug bites while in bed. Stay especially the front desk guy was really rude.

The location was great and our view to the beach 🏖️ was nice. At night I got to hear the ocean waves 🌊 while I sleep.

The mirror had a lot of rust and the door needs painting. The resort needs updating!!

The pools and hot tubs

This was the worst Myrtle Beach stay I have ever had. I am going to speak to room 0532 at the Patricia Grand and not the entire property. Upon arrival staff was friendly and the check in process took less than 3 minutes. Upon entering the room it smelled clean (clorox smell), however I did notice that there was residue from the ceiling on the pillow of the beds, i just wiped them off. Thought nothing about it other than that the ceiling did look bad as it was peeling and that was it. I also instantly noticed the appliances in the room was outdated. TV was an LCD with a DVD player (wow). Laps weren't in the best shape. Not to mention there were limited sockets and not one near the middle night stand. The room was just dated all the way around but again, seemed what I thought was clean. Fast forward, parked the car after unloading and went back to the room ceiling residue was back on the pillows, i thought to myself I know the ceiling is not falling apart. I looked up, nothing different other than the ceiling looked bad and if it was peeling but nothing was dropping at the moment. So I wiped them again. Fast forward throughout the day with my family. Came back to the room, the ceiling was on the pillows again, so I said let me report this. No telling what chemicals are in the ceiling particles and I don't want myself of my family to get sick and plus who wants to sleep with white particles falling on their head. Now at this time we are also trying to find the basketball game (Celtics vs Mav Game 4). TV channels were terrible and we couldn't find it. Picked up the phone to report the ceiling as well as ask what channel the game was on and to my surprise, the phone didn't work. Not that it didn't work, the cord didn't even fit in the phone. So sent my family downstairs to ask about the phone, TV, and ceiling. Maintenence came in about 20 minutes from that communication downstairs.

Enjoyed café breakfast. Love, love, love the Patricia Grand! My daughter and I spend a mother-daughter weekend there every year, now over twenty years.

Free? Ha! No dislikes at all.

Location to everything was great, the view of everything was perfect, love the multiple pools, love the no key card entry

Room floor was nasty, the couch bed had empty bottles in the cushions and stained sheets, the fridge door fell off when we opened it to put stuff in. Ice machine on our floor was broken, Certain staff had attitudes like they were bothered by customers

The room 312-316 should never be rented out. The drainage system was at our balcony so was unable to HEAR or FEEL the ocean breeze. We’re senior citizens surviving from server cancer and a few other issues. Really needed this little mini time . It was horrible

I love the fact that there were plenty of pools and a lounge area right out back of the hotel. The fact the beach was right down the steps was perfect. Even though the room said it was a pool view, I was still able to the see the ocean and it was wonderful. I absolutely loved that surprise!!

The only issue I had was the parking garage not being clean. The stairway was littered with trash and it smelled like it has been in there for days. Even the elevator had litter. It's sad that people can't keep things clean.

The location was perfect, oceanfront and close to shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and I liked the luxury vinyl floors.

One of the beds was very squeaky.
