It was very clean, the staff were very professional and polite. The location is excellent for walking to many places to eat etc.

The 10 digit code you had to use to get in the room. 10 digits seems extreme and it took a few tries every time I attempted to enter my room.

My ceiling had water dripping from the ceiling as soon as I arrived. I spent two hours requesting a new room. There was trash in the hallways and stair well.

The breakfast was everything first time I ever had a buffet breakfast at a hotel. It was definitely a 10.

Only thing I didn't like is the door code so long but hey that's nothing everything else was excellent.

Bathroom was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival, there was a used hand towel on counter and floors were very sticky. We did not like the room location. It was right by major noise areas like elevators, lobby, and pool door that slammed every time it closed. Quite hours were not enforced as there was a group of teenagers in the pool area after hours, making lots of noise. Parking was also two streets across which was a pain to have to go back and forth.

I liked the discounts and deals that came along with the stay i.e DVD rental, breakfast, mini golf,etc

The parking is way too far off. Especially when you have small kinds and are traveling alone, as I was. The pool wasn't clean. There were chips and chip bags in the pool. It just didn't seem clean

The water pressure was ok could have been better when I made the reservation months before my arrival I booked a scenic view of the ocean and what I got was a view of the hotel next door

The meal for breakfast was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The bathtub was uneven and sunk a bit when moving in it. There were brown spots around the walls in the bathroom. It looks unclean.

Great place right on the beach walking distance to everything that you would need the free parking was nice to have especially on a busy weekend the free breakfast was awesome a great way to start the day with the free dvd rentals was great for the kids after a long day at the beach we will totally be rebook for sure for next year

The access code to get into the room we didn’t have a problem with it it’s just really long numbers that you have to type in so take a picture of it and write it down just in case your phone died lol

The property is oceanfront and conveniently located. The parking deck is one block away, but easy stroll. The front-desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and furnishing up to date. Room 809 has a sideview of the ocean. The free breakfast buffet was amazingly great!

There is a 10-digit code to the room. The keypad on the door took several times to open because the touchpad is so sensitive it will miss read the code entered. Also, the website informs in advance No Trailer Parking, but should suggest where trailers can be parked nearby.

The pool area and beach were all easily accessible from our room on the first floor. You have a great view of the beach. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean bathroom and comfortable enough beds. The parking lot is gated and requires you enter a code. You get a free breakfast buffet per guest per night provided with your booking.

I didn't like how easy it was for people to look in our window/sliding door. Just wish they had some type of tint so that wasn't the case. Also the floors need to be cleaned.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had excellent views of the ocean. The staff are excellent and met all our needs in a very timely manner. The facility has plenty of properly functioning elevators, and the staff were constantly cleaning the floors of the elevators and corridors. We enjoyed our discussion with Keisha making arrangements. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Peter with maintenance was awesome. He was kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about his work. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the rooms. We will certainly book again.

The breakfast at magnolias was really good, and the pool across the street where you get in the hot tub was really nice.

Our room was extremely hot, we left at 2AM on checkout day bc we just couldn't sleep we were all sweating. I was expecting a room with the pool view the description is very misleading . The parking garage a block over had an elevator but it didn't always work my husband hurt his ankle walking down the flights of stairs after parking. We Wouldn't stay again.

I liked the price the property and location

I did not like the parking and the breakfast being far away but it was all good and doable. I would come back for another short vacation
