Great spot to sample the great city of Dunedin. Almost everything is in walking distance.

Location, location, location! Right on the Gulf, next to Dunedin harbor and pier, a block away from downtown shops and restaurants. Nice pool, as well. Good sized room with a great view right outside the back door.

Slightly firmer mattress and better desk chair would have moved it up a notch.

Location is everything

The location is perfect for Dunedin. Its at the end of the main street. Once you get there you don't really need a car unless your going to visit nearby Clearwater. I enjoyed the bar and restaurant on the water.

The room was very dated. Felt more like a motel but for a weekend trip it got the job done. The beds weren't very comfortable and bathroom left alot to be desired.

This hotel delivers 100% on your Dunedin experience

It felt real, no gimmicks, reflected area we were visiting, (to say it’s dated would be unfair), Very cosy, beds were really comfy, very clean, breakfast selection was perfect and the staff were good at their jobs so I could see. We had a balcony overlooking the Marina, (and car park - but no issues with that), was lovely to overlook folk walking about as quite a busy place, but found room peaceful enough. Proximity to the town and the pier was 2nd to none. As we walked out of room the views over the bay were breathtaking, many photos taken, so if I was to revisit and stay jn Dunedin, I would look no further than this hotel.

The location was Beautiful. The staff was all super nice. The breakfast was awesome.

The beds was stiff and the pillows was terrible. The pool needs re painted and the rope in the pool was coming apart and the strings were all in the pool. There was also a bush there that kept bees thats swarmed the pool by the garbage can. Also hated the hot tub was not fixed

Very friendly and helpful hotel. very pleasant stay, breakfast was very good too. and everything to do right within walking distance. Dunedin is a very quiet and fun place enjoyed every minute. We will return again. I had a good birthday this year with my wife of 42yrs God Bless Ron and Tracey

Loved it, would return again!

Place had a large bedroom with plenty of space and a clean bathroom. Quiet area with sunset views every night and a pool to relax by or swim in. Walking distance to restaurants (including two within the marina) and shopping.

Nothing. I enjoyed every part of this experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a quaint part of Florida. :)

Exceptional value right at the foot of downtown Dunedin convenient walk everywhere

It was a beautiful location, when we walked out our hotel room door we had a beautiful view of the harbor. I was curious why the windows were on the other side of the room though facing the parking lot. Everything was in walking distance so we did not have to rely on a vehicle there so much to do in downtown Dunedin

Bed was too soft but it was okay for a two night stay.

Would not use Booking again just in case something like this happened again.

Staff was good. Rooms in good shape.

Second night was awful as next door had loud noise until 4:30am. The staff tried to quite them. Didn't work. Awful night. Would have been compensated but went trough you so they couldn't!!!!!
