Stay at Crossroads

I thought the price as was really decent. The rooms and bed were pretty comfortable. The overall area was quiet and you couldn't hear the hustle and bustle of the busy road.

I didn't like the fact that I found someone else's blood on my pillow. I also don't like the fact that I found someone else's hair on the spare pillow in the drawer. There is also false advertising. The hotel mentioned there was a complimentary breakfast available for the guests. However, when we went to see what was available, they had 4 choices of pre wrapped muffins with coffee, tea, and water. Nothing else.

Outside entrance is great! Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable. Great value for price even without breakfast

The room was a fair size and it was clean. There were complimentary muffins downstairs for breakfast, which was a great start to the day.

The bed sheets were worn. I think it was time for them to thrown out. They may have been clean sheets but they were really worn and wooly which made them not look clean. This is the only complaint I have with our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable we could set the heat to what was desired the shower was clean and plenty of towels the bed was comfortable we had a very good nights rest there was no noise from adjoining rooms the hotel was easy to find and lots of shopping close by if that was needed. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

First time we travelled with our dog. Again outdoor access so easy, dog was just as comfortable as we were.

Superb

Clean and comfortable room with tv and hot shower at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the second floor balcony. Gas, convenience items, food couldn’t be closer. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Not much to walk to in the area of the hotel so if you don't have any transportation you're screwed.

The hotel is clean and modern.

There is no continental breakfast as advertised. Just a bunch of sugar items and some sugary juice boxes and coffee. Not really what most people would normally eat for breakfast. There were sugary prepackaged muffins and chewy granola bars. There is not much to walk to in the area of the hotel so if you don't have any transportation you are screwed. There are no buses that run from the hotel so you won't be taking a bus into St. John's.

Location was close to my formation center. Restaurants and cornerstore very close. All personnels did their service,didnt have to wait, answer me all the time etc.
