Close to all amenities. Unique design and comfortable furnishings. Kitchenette was fully stocked and had everything we needed.

We wished there was a mat inside the doorway of our suite as our snowy boots and shoes left water at the entrance. Also towels were scarce and we weren't given enough for our group of 4.

Beautiful room, netflix access, parking, comfortable bed and all room amenities.

TV hard to control from bed. Contact less check in was strang but it worked.

The whole suite was great in general.

The bed was quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

This suite was very nice, the bed was really comfortable and it was spacious with everything you could need. I also enjoyed the fresh ground coffee that was available. There isn’t much happening in the town so personally I wouldn’t stay for an extended period of time but if you want a relaxing couple of days I recommend staying here and we will be coming back.

very modern, pretty, spaceous and perfectly equipped suite! very friendly and helpful cleaning-team.

The location was great.

There was only decaffeinated coffee in the cupboard.

The room was absolutely stunning. Vary spacious, well-equipped and great bed. Shower pressure was great, really there was nothing we didn't love. Everypossible comfort was provided - robes, coffee maker (even a french press!), snacks and hot chocolate and so much more.

The bath tub was nice, the room was spacious as well. Good size bed for two people.

The handle to turn on hot was in the tub was all messed up. We couldn’t turn on and then turn off hot water.

Super Clean! Loved the code to get in so you didn't have to check in. The suite was fully equipped with everything! The ac was awesome absolutely LOVED that they had it runningso when we arrived the room was nice and cool. Having Netflix was awesome. This would be perfect for long term stay.

Lots of stairs not great if you have heavy bags to carry. I just Wish they had a broom or something so you could clean up small messes like a broken glass, just until the housekeeper was on-site. No staff on site to ask questions to just a phone number to call!

The loft suite was large, very clean and beautiful. It has everything need it for a short visit to Ottawa, but outside the city. The location is an small charming town with a Sunday farmers market

I loved the rock wall and the location. I loved the huge bath tub and the super comfy bed.

I didn't like that the jets in the bath tub did not work. I also did not like the quality of the water.

Large, clean, comfortable, everything was in perfect working condition and we had everything we needed and more to have a comfortable stay. Very spacious, cozy, modern. Location was excellent 👌🏼

beautiful suite

could not get the heat to work. very cold. followed instructions posted in the suite, but heat would not work. finally in the morning, we set heat at 78c and it finally heated up. not having staff there meant there was no one to help
