Great hotel to stay, if you don’t mind questionable staff

Have stayed here a couple of times and each time the rooms were nice and clean

I wish knowing the amount of money I have invested into this brand and having a concussion and being $20 short for deposit the GM would have worked with me

Disappointed.

I found this yellow paper inside and at the bottom of the facial tissue box after I used up the white tissue on top. The yellow paper is not clean and looks like garbage. It make me really concerned about the hygiene and my health. And I certainly think the price doesn’t match the service I received. I made complaint with booking.com and I didn’t get response.

Convenient location. Easy parking.

Paid for my room in the app and was double charged by hotel. Now I’m getting the runaround to get my money back. It’s been 5 days and no resolution. No luggage carts.

I liked that I was able to get a room. I enjoyed the size of the room.

The cost was pretty high considering the quality of this resort. I have stayed at way nice for less and the noise level was not ideal either.

The room is clean

Limited cable chanel, small pillows, hard bed, AC doesnt have auto settings (its an off botton). You can hear banging of doors, people talking in the hallway, and footsteps on the ceiling.

Highly unsatisfied!

Only 3 miles to SFO. The Penthouse suite was very comfortable and spacious.

Booking.com had the location listed as having breakfast available for $24, and this location doesn't even offer breakfast. That was one of the deciding factors in booking for me. Then when I called they tried to act like it was never offered, but I'd already screen recorded the fact that they did! Outside of hotel looks nothing like the pictures, nor does the bar area.
