Pleasant

A/c is not fully functional..it is 103 degrees ...we checked in at 5 pm today and the room was baking hot ..we turned on the A/C...it took 4 hrs to get a bit cooler in the room... everything is so skimmed in this motel..no frill..Ok for 1 night ..bed is good.. room is clean

i feel safe and it very clean but in my hard times I’d rather be treated like I’m a human rather than a dog first day at

very clean, love the family atmosphere, and they helped all the things that came up..

The fact that they don’t give my deposit back after I check out until they do a walk through, not sure why it’s done? I have never damaged or mistreated their property, I enjoy my stay but the anxiety that I’m getting when they act like I can’t have my money until they feel it’s not a problem with the way I left the room.. it’s insulting, and I know a lot of hotels are doing it due to the increase of homelessness and drug addicts… im in between homes but I respect their facilities.. and my name but to be treated like this every time I stay is going to result in them loose out on money and someone that really cleans up after myself

I liked how clean it was but didn't feel safe, even though nothing happened, would not stay there .

Room was clean, heating worked well

I arrived at 8:00 pm. Lobby was closed, had to ring bell and wait. Another male guest was outside his room smoking and watching me, I didn't feel safe, being female and by myself.

Exceptional

The hotel was well maintained, it was quiet at night, and I did not see or hear any sketchy people around...so all and all it was a pleasant place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again whenever I am back in the area.

I did not have any complaints .

Decent place to stay, as long as you don't care about a good Internet connection.

Breakfast was a bag of food given at check-in (due to Covid), but it was better than some continental breakfasts I have received at other hotels - good job!

The Wifi speed was so slow, I couldn't upload a blog post. It's the first time that has happened to me. (Though the Red Roof Inn I am staying at tonight is even worse.)

Superb

Value and location. It was very clean. Easy parking.

Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is to change the shower curtain. It made the bathroom smell musty. My boyfriend didn't notice it but I'm typically over sensitive to scents.

adequate room, clean, decent value

The hotel was on a busy avenue but still quiet. Breakfast was handed to us as we checked in, and was ample but mostly sugar. Eating in our room was no problem.

None of the homeless have taken over this hotel.

Very clean room. Good location. Comfortable beds. Many TV channels available. Hardwood floors.

No coffee in the room. No continental breakfast.

The location was close to Sundial Bridge and all its hiking trails. It was very clean and had a fast check in.
