A free breakfast would have been appreciated. But, I went out and explored, found a Starbucks and a Provigo! Was a true pleasure to stay at your establishment! This was our first time in Montreal. There wasn't much time, but lots to do.. I would like to return someday. I will definitely book this Holiday Inn again!!

Comfortable room, clean and spacious. Great view of downtown Montreal. Staff was efficient and friendly. Location was safe. There was enough spacing for physical distancing overall. It was good that one could only swipe their keycard to go up the elevators (for security reasons).

I took a couple of days for the security deposit to come off of my credit card account. It would've been nice to have more couches in the room (there was only one). The TV didn't have that many channels.

Hotel location is good, hotel is also in good shape. Friendly staff, check in was fast, and I arrived early and my room was ready, a big plus. Service at the restaurant was good, but 16.00 for a bagel and coffee is pretty steep...

The price of rooms in this hotel in Montreal is getting crazy, they are getting at or above New York City prices, and the amount to park your car is way over priced. I prefer to stay with IHG brands, but will definitely look at staying with what ever brand that is reasonably priced, no more staying with what used to be my favorite brand in Montreal.

C’est la ville, nous voulions être près du centre Bell… les stationnements sont dispendieux.

The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was huge! The shower was very spacious. The parking was very simple.

I wish there were multiple locks on the door instead of just the thing that slides across the door.

The shower did not work properly and they couldn’t fix it , That was the only and major problem

I didn’t like at all the behaviour of your employees at the front desk when we arrived. They insulted me and my wife. They were not all professional. We can not understand why they were 6 employees at the same time but without needed experience.

1) We reserved 2 double bed room but they give it a room with one king size. 2) we are 2 people but in the room we’re only one fauteuil. So we couldn’t enjoy our rest 3) none of employees said welcome when we arrived or good bye when we left. 4) we didn’t feel are welcome from the first moment when we said « bonjour » to the first employee when arrived. For an explained reason we were received with hostility.
