Bon petit appartement à équipement minimal en périphérie du Centre-Ville

Espace moderne, climatisation efficace et personnel sympathique

La première chambre attitrée n'avait pas été libérée. C'est stressant de savoir que la réception nous a donné accès à une chambre occupée et qu'elle pourrait accidentellement faire de même avec d'autres clients dans notre chambre. Pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre. Les équipements disponibles en indiquaient pourtant un.

A good, low cost alternative to a hotel in Toronto.

A good, low cost alternative to a hotel in Toronto. It is a student dorm so it is basic but it is clean and well connected to public transportation and right next to the Distillery District.

It would have been good to be told at check-in that the doors needed to be locked with the key cards. We assumed they automatically locked and left the doors unlocked for our entire stay.

Wenn man nicht allzuviel für seinen Hotelaufenthalt in Toronto zahlen möchte, eine perfekte Alternative!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Lage ist für den Preis unschlagbar. Man ist schnell zu Fuß (ca. 15min) oder mit der Bahn in der Stadt. Der angesagte Destillery District liegt gleich neben dem Hotel.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Studentenwohnheim, was aus der Beschreibung nicht unbedingt ersichtlich ist. Die Ausstattung ist dementsprechend basic, dafür aber sauber, auch wenn hier und da Macken auszumachen sind.

Superb

Location excellent to explore Distillery District and still easy walk to downtown. Easy to get to by car , dont have to drive into downtown.

Bus toor, The Tower and Niagara falls

Its was a very enjoyable stay. Staff was funny and very friendly, Very helpfull. Clean room . Great location. Would go back today if I could.

Great location, reasonable price. We had a CN tower night view too.

Location, Price and room size. We were 4 people and had enough space. I guess it's normally used as student dormitory, so it's very simple. Not exactly kids friendly, but as expected.

Generally nothing to complain. Just a small note: It had a small kitchen, but nothing was really there (e.g. utensils, cups, plates...). We asked for a kettle and could get it from reception.

It is a student home which is renting out some floors to tourist. Really bad condition, nothing arround to eat or a good bar. Avoid!

The state was excellent but the carpet was stinky like really bad stinky feet smell

It was very nice to be able to walk around and not have to worry about anybody harming us, as in like crazy people and the homeless

The carpet smell like stinky feet like the last student that was in there had really bad stinky feet. That’s what the carpet smelt like so I bought for breeze and I sprayed the carpet so we didn’t have to smell it anymore.

we won’t be staying here again as the ad was quite misleading and the room/bathroom was quite gross and dirty.

The location was decent and close to a tram.

it was advertised as a hotel which it is not. the room/bathroom was extremely dirty with urine, old food, etc. it is NOT a kitchenette - no utensils, mugs, dishes, etc. very small double beds - not Queen and insufficient bedding, toilet paper, etc. really disappointed

excellent! would stay again!

We had a 2 bedroom appt equipped with a mini kitchenette. It was very clean, comfortable, affordable, staff extremely helpful (had a large secure room to store our bags all day prior to check in and even after check out)! There is a delicious coffee shop attached (via outside) called the Dark Horse and a health food place with amazing smoothies (Fuel) for breakfast only 2 min walk away! It is just beyond the hustle and bustle on the streets so quieter and 5 mins to a cute cobblestone area called Distillery District where there are lots of things to check out (art, shops, gelato, craft beer, live music, etc).

I can’t say anything bad about it!

Ice machine and laundry room located at level 2. Had to get the laundry card from reception and top it up before using. Rooms were clean and spacious. Garage located at the basement but payable.

Very good

We spent 3 nights at Residence & Conference Centre. The facility was clean and the staff very polite. It is very well located not far from the distillery and St Laurence Market. I highly recommend it to families.

Great location, great price, close to tram.

Close to the tram to bring you to downtown! Safe area with coffee/restaurants around. Also very clean and great price.

Not like a hotel or Airbnb—but not a big deal.
