I really like that it was close to Grady hospital do I could visit my granddaughter she in ICU on life support, and they

Front desk very nice and friendly

I was in room 1509 the lady that clean the room didn’t dusk beside the bed or the wood in the bathroom, she need to be retrained m, that’s really said for the price you charged for the rooms, homeless people asking for money

The location was nice. Right by he venue where i was going.

Everything. This place is a great. Clean, updated, super comfortable beds. The staff is top notch. They have a mini store on site with essentials plus some.

The only thing and understandable to some extent was their bistro. They are short staffed which bc of the employee having an emergency they had to close early.

My stay was comfortable and welcoming as well as seamless.

Check-in and check out was seamless. LJ, the wonderful woman who was at the front desk, was always smiling and welcoming when I returned. The lobby smelled like clean linen and my king bed was so comfortable.

Like most hotels, I wish that there were some more firm pillows for the people who struggle with the very plush and cloudy pillows. The hotel's location on Peachtree street can be very active with homeless, but the hotel locks up religiously after hours.

everything went well. If you are HOMELESS and you get to sleep in a BED PERFECT.

that I was HOMELESS and had to go back to sleeping on the street.
