Outstanding value for the price

Ice machine was out of ice/broken on level 2 so I made the mistake of taking the stairs to a different level ice machine where I discovered elevator access was disabled. It took a while to find my way back to the correct floor through the dingy stair wells. Other than that it was a good experience at this hotel.

Die Lage ist recht gut neben dem MGM, ist man schnell am Strip. Parken kostenlos - das ist cool. Die Hootersgirls und die Mädels an der Underground Bar sind cool drauf Ebenfalls einige Dealer sind lustig. Es gibt hier 1$ Blackjack (immer besetzt) und einen 5 $ Craps Tisch, was sehr selten geworden ist in Vegas. Für billig Urlaub machen und wenig Ansprüche ist es gut.

Die Sauberkeit lässt immer mehr zu wünschen übrig. Betten wurden nicht gemacht, nur frische Handtücher, wenn überhaupt.. Wir sind jedes Jahr hier und es wird immer ungemütlicher, es wird einfach nichts mehr wirklich gemacht an dem Hotel. Aufzüge, bis auf Einen, alle ausgeschaltet. Wir durften dann den Personalaufzug nutzen oder sind die Treppe gegangen. Es riecht viel nach Marihuana im Hotel. Personal nicht besonders freundlich oder Hilfsbereit, Kommunikation diente anscheinend nur dem Zweck.

The room smeeled like must and had the bare min.

Below I have attached an email that I sent to the locations hotel director Lisa Karen. I did so, so that you may understand that I wanted to resolve this at the hotel. All parties with whom I dealt with were polite and courteous, however, seemingly afraid to do the right thing. I James A Foster booked my room through booking.com. Upon my arrival I said as much and was then given my room key to room 626. This is after I was mandated to pay double the cost of the room as a hold. There was no mention of the parking fee either, but nonetheless, it was paid. We start out for our room. The elevator going to our section of the hotel was non operational. Only one of the other elevators was operational as well. We had to wait ten minutes for an opportunity to get on the elevator. After a few more minutes we were then directed to the maintenance elevator. When we get to our floor we can’t find our room. We are now really frustrated, so we wait for the elevator again. Again, the minutes pas, so we decide to take the stairs to go back downstairs to find out how we get to our room. As we enter the corridor, we see that our section of the floor where our room is rooms, is through this passage way that takes you either to the stairs and or the other section. I think it would have been rather appropriate to tell a guest that there are some obstacles to get to your room. I have had two heart attacks resulting in a stint being placed in my heart. Walking up and down the stairs is not recommended. When we entered the room there was a strong smell of must and cleaning materials. I appreciate the cleaning materials, but the must should not be something your guest should ever have to experience. Through booking.com, I requested an additional bed. The bed was not there either. So far This maze/escape room situation we were involuntarily put in, was quite a surprise to me and a few others guest as well, but far from amusing.
