Comfy beds with a great view.

We loved the loft overlooking the beach. The chairs and tables were super comfortable. The beds were really comfy too.

Best vacation ever!

We loved the free breakfast and boogie board rentals. Super close to the beach and shopping. Parking was easy for an extra fee.

I wish we didn’t have to pay for parking.

Nice, clean, great breakfast, amazing view

Breakfast was great!! They had a nice variety of food and it was delicious. Plus the dinning room was fantastic! You are having Breakfast on nice furniture with a view of the ocean. Windows all around, we saw Dauphins swim by while enjoying our meal. Best part of this hotel. The outdoor fire pit was also very nice at night.

Carpet and bathroom in room needs some up grades however it was clean and the rest of the room was nice.

Nice stay but didn’t like reusing towels and paper coffee cups.

Location,room size, comfortable bed

No housekeeping for three days. We should have fresh towels and paper coffee cups delivered daily. I didn’t mind making my own bed but refreshed coffee cups and towels would have been nice and should have been included.

The location to the beach and village were perfect. And, the Manager and Staff were extremely helpful and just really nice people. It was a wonderful four day stay! Thank you!

It would have been nice to have a filtered water station in the little gym.

This is our favorite property in Carlsbad. Right across from the beach, beautiful views and wonderful staff.

Needs a little updating but is still very clean and comfortable.

Love this hotel near the ocean. always clean

Location near beach and nice view of ocean outside with sitting areas. Like the change in breakfast that now has hot items.

toilet seat was loose and my husband fell when he was holding on to it to get up. He was only bruised although

location was awesome, staff very gracious and hospitable, parking was good, loved the deck and fire pit , close to everything, room very comfy, very nice hotel, clean and quiet, view from breakfast area amazing , very very happy I chose to stay there

pool nice but small, no hot tub but in retrospect hot tubs bring all kinds of issues, so I am reconsidering and give no hot tub a plus , room bath tub was nice and made up the no hot tub issue, partial ocean view a no no , view is nill and obstructed by huge tree from my room, I’m sure ocean view rooms are probably quite nice, this was not worth paying little more to have room facing side street. all things considered, this is a very nice hotel. Also, there should be water provided for the Keurig, I was charged $1:50 for bottle of water ( which I used to make tea ) ,as typical in all hotels, which is pet peeve of mine, no place to hang towels or suits, bathroom hooks behind door are like 7 feet high, I’m only 5 foot so i can’t reach them., too high for 5’1 little old me. so all towels ended up on the floor.

Great location, but...

The location and views of the hotel were awesome. The patio area was a nice place to sit and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gas fireplace in the room was nice, too.

Room 55 was much smaller than expected. The room location was right above the street and was extremely noisy. I have some mobility issues, so even though there was an elevator, I still had to go up and down several sets of stairs to get to the room (and the elevator was unavailable on our last day). The mattress needs to be replaced.

A positive experience in a great location.

The staff was friendly and responded very quickly to our needs. The room was fine, and the location was very good.

Could have used an extra chair on the balcony (there was one for two of us).
