Top location and price for what we needed

The hotel is close to the ski lifts and has an on demand shuttle service to the base of the resort for those that don't have their own car. The room was spacious and included a mini-fridge, microwave oven, a sink, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery which was very handy for preparing and eating some food in it. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and two hot tubs. The fitness center is also great an well equipped. There is a fire place in the middle of the lobby and some nice views all around the hotel. There is also an activities room with arcade games, pool, table tennis, air hockey, etc.

There is no restaurant or breakfast, so you're always limited to the food you bring or eating out. The games in the activity room are paid, but there is a coin machine for exchanging banknotes to coins at least.

Hotel needs to do some serious updating

The Location was good & the person at the front desk was very nice.

The unit was old. Much older then the pictures lead you to believe. We were on the 5th floor, abt as far from the elevators as possible. We had a 2 bdrm unit with a loft. both bedrooms were upstairs & I'm pretty sure the 1 room wasn't even a legal bedroom. it had no windows or vents. we couldn't use it because it was too hot. There was an air conditioner on the main floor but it didn't get much of the cool air up to the bedrooms. There was some sort of fan in each bedroom closet upstairs that I believe was supposed to help cool the upstairs but they did not. Unit was very uncomfortable and disappointing. We wont be going back.

Great location and beautiful view. Parking was easy and convenient

It was a tad dated, and the mattress on the king size bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and thought the staff took great care of the facilities.

Living in MA, I would travel back to Colorado just for the hotel

The pool was nice, free laundry, view was INCREDIBLE. very very polite at the front desk. I was GENUINELY SHOCKED at what I got for my money… it did NOT feel real!!!

everything has minor things, the worst part… the conditioner dispenser was out. and if that’s the worst it gets compared to the amazing time I had… I’ll take it

Welcoming, helpful staff, great location, nice pool/hot tub, stellar view. Comfortable place to stay

The customer service was wonderful. Your front desk staff made us feel very welcome, and those we met in the hallway were pleasant and helpful. The bed was stellar, too.

You need a ramp at the front door. Having to climb stairs to check-in is a challenge for some of us; the baggage trolleys and ramp at the other side of the hotel was inconvenient. ADA requirements?

Comfortable enough but dated accommodation.

There was no breakfast onsite. The facility is in a very scenic area of Colorado. The desk staff were very friendly and greeted us well. Overall we do not have high expectations and this facility met that.

The facility is laid out real funny, having to go up stairs to get elevator to go down, can be a bit confusing. Also hallways are dark and even with signs we were not able to find the pool. The furnishings were older and our desk was pretty creaky. The road from highway was terrible, even though they were patching it while we entered it made no difference, many potholes.

Loud Building, uncomfortable beds. Very rundown.

Pros, The shuttle service was great. The fireplace in the main living room was great. The view out the window was great. The staff was quick to get us an extra layer of bedding when there was only one thin blanket on the bed upon arrival.

Cons: The property is extremely rundown, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and in need of an overhaul. The shower curtain didn’t go to the floor letting water splash all over the bathroom from the tiny tub/shower. All night long there was a loud noise that sounded like a generator starting and stopping. The pool and hot tubs were dumpy and need a major renovation. The sauna was nice, but it was in the main bathroom that was generally smelly of poop and cheap cleaning products. Not exactly a place one would want to hang out.

Disappointing

Game room always too hot. Facilities appear to be declining. Ice machines broken for over a year. Can't tell if 1 bedroom with loft will have two beds or not.

Glad we only were there one night.....

The location and easy access to town and the lifts was great.

The facility needs some serious updating and cleaning. The carpets were filthy in the lobby and hallways. The second bedroom had no windows and felt like a jail cell. I would most likely not return based on the quality of the facility and the cost was very expensive for what you offer.
