A hotel being used as a homeless shelter. Owner/Booking should disclose in advertisement online !!!

Everything ! Noisy, dirty with sheltered people from the State living there full time. Some should disclose this in the advertising. The breakfast was a box of cereal and milk with toast. Just horrendous.

The staff was rude, they advertised they had a bar and lounge... they sell alcohol and frozen pizza behind the desk counter. We picked the hotel for location, price, and pool for kids. The pool was closed our whole trip due to maintenance, the staff told us they were going to open soon, when we mentioned we picked hotel for pool we were asked if we wanted to check out. There was mold in the bathroom up by the ceiling, the tub felt like it was gonna fall through the floor.

Needed a place to stay for a local basketball tournament

The breakfast was only cereal and bread. It was free though. The bed was very comfortable.

Getting a little long in the tooth. Owners not keeping the property spiffed up. Starting to look run down Breakfast = cold cereal or instant mush? Nah!!! Open the damn bar!!! It's been out of use for years!!!

I liked that when I called to complain about the alarm going off in the next room for over 20 minutes at 6am, someone was able to rectify the situation quickly

My first room had ants. There weren't any vegan breakfast options offered, no fresh fruit or muffins The rooms are a bit dated and should be renovated

Location and price

Being called at 8am by the front desk asking when they could clean the room. Also being handled a plunger to fix a clog toilet by the front desk, expecting me to fox it myself.

Never again!

The location

Cleanliness and general up-keep. Stains everywhere. The curtains in our room were torn and stained. The staff is very indifferent. I ran out of cups in my room as I extended my stay. I went down to the reception to ask for cups and trash bags as trash was also piling up. They flatly refused saying there are no more cups or trash bags in the hotel!

Lackluster. Staff at desk sat with head barely above desk and never said hello.

It was labeled ‘continental’ which would be served on no continent. Two cereal choices. THAT’s IT. No decaf coffee.

There was always trash in the hallways on every floor. Recycling from the two cereal choices spilling over onto the floor sat there all day. Some cardboard and a cloth (left over from a job(?) sat there all 3 days.

very far from highway, key card did not work and staff who came to assist was rude and unfriendly. advertised as breakfast included but only cornflakes and milk and juice is being put in for breakfast. not very clean also. would not recommend.

Hotel was filthy dirty

Hotel did not advertise pet friendly and dog and cat barked constantly all night in room next door. Room had not been vacuumed in months. Mold in bathroom. Garbage in hallway. Disgusting.

The bed was comfy.

Trash laying in the hallways, room was not clean at all. I brought my own Clorox wipes to dust and wipe everything off. You can definitely tell maids do bare minimum. I hope my sheets were clean, they didn't have stains but idk.
