It was not as nice as it appeared on the website, I wasn't totally satisfied as the issues I stated

The room was way smaller than I anticipated, the bed I thought was a king, it was not. The throw blanket at the end of the bed I'm sure is not washed after use, and who knows how many feet or other body parts have touched it.

No vending machines anywhere, only up by the front desk where they were selling 16 oz cans of coke for 2.50, only one ice machine on the first floor.

Great place, courteous staff and a fulfilling full breakfast.

Property was clean on the outside and looked nice. The night stay was pleasant and great breakfast.

Our smoke alarm went off twice at night. Once around 2200hrs and the next early morning which caused me to wake up around 0300 or so. Other than that, nothing else.

Perfect place for us to spend a night traveling Phoenix and Denver for the holidays.

Good location just off of the Interstate. Helpful and friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms, and an excellent morning breakfast.

Inn of Santa Fe is a great place to stay, with easy location for Outlet shopping as well as Downtown

Breakfast was great! Nice variety, all fresh and tasty. Nice to have New Mexican touches to add to eggs, etc. Good coffee, too.

Not a minus, but would have been nice to include tortillas as a bread option, to make breakfast burritos.

Badic hotel with all the basics needed for a Santa Fe visit.

Had everything we needed.

Card lock system for our room door did not work well at all. Told them to have maintenance check it out.

The price was really good. The hotel and rooms had a Santa Fe feel which we really liked. Also, the breakfast staff were attentive. The pool, sauna, hot tub and outdoor firepit were all great extras.

Only small thing would be the hot tub was only likewarm.

In general the hotel was very good. It was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast could have been better. The sausage was not very good. It was rubbery and overcooked. The layout did not flow well. It was difficult to see everything offered.

Superb

The hotel is close to the highway but we didn't hear any noise. The room was beautiful and big with a fridge and microwave. The swimming pool was closed but there was a sauna and a jacuzzi + there is like a fire pit we could use (just a switch button to start it) which was pretty. Breakfast was good. The breakfast room was not huge but we didn't have any issue to sit and we didn't have to fight for food. There was eggs, sausages, jalapenos, beans ; bagels, bread, fruit one day, tea and coffee, cereals. The tea was really good! There is a Walmart near by in case you need to buy some food ; the trader joe is like 15min driving. It's about 15 min driving from Santa fe Downtown. For us it was perfect as we wanted to visit Santa Fe on a Sunday when parking is free - otherwise don't forget you will have to pay to park downtown. Easy access to highway to go to Taos, Bandelier, los Alamos etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

easy on and off of Cerillos road in Santa Fe

the mattress was very uncomfortable. needs new pillows- extremely lumpy and thin even with four pillows being used by two of us we woke up every morning with headaches and backaches.

It's always clean and neat.

The doorknob wouldn't unlock with the key card even after giving me a different key card. It worked random not at the first try.

The rate was excellent for the Santa Fe area. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Good

The location is great. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was terrific.

The fridge was very noisy, and we could hear the air conditioners from other rooms. We didn't agree to a "safe charge" but it ended up on our bill anyway.
