Overpriced for room quality but in an ideal location.

Great location, well air conditioned room

Bed was not too comfy, towels were old and scratchy, every time the room above us had movement it shook the chandeliers and was quite loud

Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour un court séjour à Québec

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait juste en face du chateau frontenac. La chambre est très bien équipée et très propre. La literie est très confortable. La salle de bain possède un sèche cheveux et du nécessaire de toilette. Un coffre fort est aussi à disposition. Une machine à café avec du très bon café est disponible dans la chambre. On peut tout faire à pieds à partir de cet hôtel. Un parking est disponible à proximité (20$ la journée).

Le point négatif est que c'est assez mal isolé (nous entendions les voisins lever leur store). Le mini bar ne possède même pas de bouteilles d'eau. Il est vide. Nous n'avons pas croisé de personel dans l'hôtel à part la réceptionniste qui est très gentille. Nous n'avons pas eu d'indication dans le cas où nous souhaiterions prendre le petit déjeuner (heureusement nous ne souhaitions pas le prendre à l'hôtel).

el hotel está ubicado en el mejor lugar de todo quebec , con una vista hermosa al castillo de frontenac , las habitaciones cómodas y limpias . Cuando vuelva a quebec definitivamente me quedaría en este hotel

L'accueil tout en gentillesse, humour et convivialité de monsieur Jasmin. L'excellent service et accueil de madame Nicole à la réception le matin, une dame de grande classe, professionnelle, compétente, serviable, gentille, intelligente, avec qui j'ai jasé plus d'une heure au check-out. Elle a fait la différence dans mon séjour à cet endroit, merci Nicole!

Bel hôtel super bien bien localisé!

L’hôtel ne pouvait pas être mieux placé, à côté de tous les points d’intérêt du Vieux Québec. Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons même été surclassés. La chambre était très spacieuse, avec un lit king et une très belle salle de douche.

Les seuls petits inconvénients étaient que l’aération de notre salle de bain avait un problème et fonctionnait constamment par tranche de 5 minutes, pas très agréable la nuit. Et les fenêtres ne sont pas très épaisses, ce qui fait que nous avons entendu la déblayeuses à neige toute la nuit.

Localização excepcional!

Hotel excelente! A localização é fantástica, perto de tudo o que tem pra fazer em Quebec. Quarto amplo, limpo, banheiro bom. O estacionamento não é dentro do hotel, mas a uma quadra (bem perto). Como não usamos o carro durante a estada, ele ficou lá, guardadinho, até o dia de ir embora.

Não tem café da manhã.

great location and clean!

the location was amazing, right across the street from the chateau frontenac, the room was clean and modern, and had a great shower. it was a great location and had lots of fun things to walk to

i wish it had 24hr concierge, it was hard to hear the intercom when checking in after hours

Central location! You can’t beat the location. Very clean, modern, all of the amenities, bed, A/C, service are amazing. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Not much but water can get quite hot so make sure to adjust the temp before contacting on skin.

Boutique hotel in the heart of historic upper Quebec City

Location - we were across from a little park and the famous Hôtel Château Frontenac and just down from the funicular. There were multiple restaurants less than 1/2 mile from us as well as an artist alley and artisan shops. Historical buildings were also close by. The hotel staff was also very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and in room coffee (Nespresso) tasty.

The most amazing vacation experience for a fantastic price.

This hotel is absolutely perfectly situated for those who want to experience the magic of Vieux Québec. It is beautifully maintained and clean, exceptionally quiet, and the staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. WHEN we return to Québec we WILL be staying at hotel Manoir Morgan again.

There was nothing I didn't like, but if I had to say anything it would be that there should be more clear signs to find the check in desk. It is not actually on the floor of the door you walk in. Luckily everyone is super friendly and will help you find it.
