The location worked well for me. The afternoon staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed mattress was totally warn out.

NOTHING I found your hotel because of price. I wanted to enjoy a self care New Year by myself. When I checked in but when I smelled a foul stinky smell and it wasn't fresh. I really wanted to check out because of the smell but I was too tired to drive.

The door to the room did not shut all the way. There was a big gap where cold air came in.

I was in town for a family member's wedding, and I had my 8-year-old daughter with me. Upon check-in, I was given room keys to a room and was told that they had to "upgrade" me since it was all they had available. When we got to our room, it was COMPLETELY trashed. The door was ajar, the bed stripped, beer cans strewn everywhere, fast food bags everywhere. I went back to the desk and told them what I saw and they put us in another room. The entire place REEKS of marijuana, despite "no smoking" signs everywhere. Beds are very worn and uncomfortable. Worst stay ever.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were in MD for a couple of days and just wanted a decent hotel. We weren't expecting the four seasons but I thought it would at least be clean. My fiance woke up at 3am to roaches in the bathroom. We packed up and headed to a relative's house until we could make better arrangements the next day. Never will we stay in a Red Roof again.
