You get what you paid for. I like how things were updated, but mattress had a huge dip and was so uncomfortable

The property is updated & I really like that they have Dove products in our room instead of off brand items.

We stayed in room 222 and the mattress that was further away from the door had a huge dip in it and it was hard to sleep when the mattress is not comfortable. There is free breakfast but you’re not allowed to take it to your room. You’re forced to eat in the breakfast area. The free breakfast was not worth it, not protein, just waffles and yogurt.

It was comfortable!

The price was good, but room needed work. Loved the big screen tho.

I didnt know it was an outdoor facility because the one where i live is not. Had i have known i wouldnt have booked. I feel unsafe when people can just walk up to your door. It Couldve been cleaner. Tub needs to be replaced. Sink was clogged.

It was a very convenient location. It was nice place and we loved it minus the few issues we had. Staff was great when we first arrived. But the night we went to get help for our issues with the toilet not working we were lied to and said they would come take care of it and never did. Once we told them again the next morning they said they would take care of it once we checked out.

It was great! Minus the toilet. It would not flush. We could not use the bathroom. There were dried noodles on the wall in the bathroom.

The STAFF is AMAZING!....BUT the rooms are VERY outdated, the bed was clean, the bathroom was nasty dirty, the walls throughout the room were dirty!! We didn't get attacked by bed bugs....which was my biggest concern. Some of the guests that we encountered were a little sketchy.... if you know what I mean. It's VERY disappointing since this is supposed to be a WYNDHAM Hotel..... I expected better from WYNDHAM. They do except pets, which was the only bonus.

Disrespectful people rude staff people selling drugs people running in and out up and down halls knocking on wrong doors screaming police everywhere around premises escorts can't even go to ice machine because homeless people hiding very disappointed I tried get a refund and they laugh the office smells like pee dogs running loose this is a very well place to call a trap house

Nothing the rooms smelled of mold and multiple things were broken and not in good working order.

Rude front desk staff, rooms smelled of mold, dirty sheets with stains, broken toilet and sink faucet, broken tv.

Staff was kind, especially after we informed them of the issues.

There was a hole in the carpet all the way to the concrete below. The room didn't look as if it had been cleaned since the previous guests. There was no vent on the air duct in the bathroom. The sink dripped all night. Housekeeping came by at 7:30 in the morning to "clean". A number of the outlets didn't work.

We spent the night in Murfreesboro so we could do a Preview tour at MTSU.

The check-in lady was very friendly.

The breakfast was seriously lacking. We went to eat at 8:00am on a Saturday and all they had to offer was kid's yogurt and waffles. There was not even milk for cereal. No fruit or anything like that.

Superb

The staff is easily the best part of staying at this hotel. The girl on first shift is a very professional lady, has a great overall attitude. The lady on second shift is awesome, and very down to earth. They both are an amazing asset to this company.

I've stayed here multiple times and the only problems I've had here are with the laundry facilities, and the drink machines. I've probably loat $20 all together because of them but other than that no complaints
