Ideal location for Airport with shuttle service provided for pick up and drop offs

Location excellent for the airport and 5 minute shuttle from Hotel was great to have

It’s our go to hotel every time we go to Las Vegas

Hotel in der Nähe des Strips

Alles war sauber, die Betten gemütlich. ein Tresor vorhanden und der Preis deutlich günstiger als am Strip. Frühstück war okay. Zudem konnten wir das Auto kostenlos parken. Super Ausgangslage um Las Vegas zu erkunden, aber auch zum Flughafen.

Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss neben der Rezeption bzw. Frühstückshalle. Um kurz nach 6 war daher für uns die Nacht zu Ende.

Expect to be welcomed by racist staff

I have never experienced such unwelcoming, cold and racist front desk. They made me so uncomfortable that I wish I could book another hotel immediately. But I didn’t since I am only there for one night. I am shocked to see such service quality for someone like myself, who is also disabled, with a service dog to be treated so poorly. The staff first questioned me why I need a service dog, what is wrong with me, and what my dog does, and that they have never seen a service dog like mine. I would never stay there again even if you paid me.

Breakfast was satisfying and good.

Being charged above the room rate. Maybe opening a box of soap is considered an incidental or maybe using a towel.

It was very quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Little Mexican takeout nearby to walk to. One night before flight was perfect

The beds were kind of weird to sleep on, can't explain it, kind of lumpy.

Close to the Airport. Easy to locate. Clean. Friendly.

We checked in about 3 in the afternoon. A/C was not on nor did the room ever cool down to comfortable. Difficult sleeping.

An convenient place to stay for accessing the airport easily.

The room was a little small. Facing the back end of the parking lot. It was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night. The shuttle bus was convenient for the airport.

The breakfast area is rather an afterthought thing so not impressive. The food was minimum.

Service exceeded expectations, everything was great.

Breakfast included. Room was cleaned EVERY DAY. I still can't believe it. Room had a safe (which is always a good addition), a fridge, convenient table and a TV.

The only two things which are somewhat negative (but completely tolerable considering the price & the service) is that 1) it's far from main entertainment and 2) the airport is very close, so you hear & see a lot of planes going down. The 2) may be a plus, as some people enjoy the view of a landing plane.

Nice and quiet place to stay for a few nights if you are not a gamer.

Close to the airport with airport shuttle. A couple of steps to public transport stops. 10 minutes from the Strip by bus. The staff and service were exceptional.

The breakfast menu was poor.

Great experience. Will stay again

The breakfast was great! I was pleasantly suprised to see the options. I expected bagels and donuts. Also the Shuttle was very convenient. our driver was very friendly and helped us get our bags as well.

It's an average location of Best Western. The staff are nice, though.

The hotel offers the amenities we usually look for in a Best Western (hot breakfast, coin laundry, microwave, refrigerator, gym, and water/ice).

The elevator kept breaking down and was unavailable most of our stay. Housekeeping forgot to put basic bathroom toiletries when cleaning the room.
