Noisy old building.

Building so old you can’t hear the noise from second floor. You cannot get quiet sleep no recommended first floor.

Pleasant and personal

The pool area was really good and provided with towels. The pool was heated perfect for swimming. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was the right size

At breakfast the linked sausages were tasteless.

Not the best , pool not quite small , pictures not quite as it

Bed was comfortable

Pool was small , not quite as pretty as pic. By a road. Rooms are dark , ours backed onto a yard, Breakfast was poor, very basic . Check in was by a teams meeting, all very strange snd impersonal All disposable cutlery and dishes .

Everything was good, except for the mosquitoes

Everything was good tables outside the room was good pool area was great.

Mosquitoes eat us go prepared, carry off even in the room mosquitoes that is alive

Fantastic and if needing to stay in Sedona again, would come back.

The woman at the front desk was just wonderful. Was extremely helpful with all our requests and questions. We were very happy to be able to leave our bags at checkout so we could site see.

We stayed in the room with the 2 beds and futon. A more conventional futon would be a little more comfortable, but served our needs.

Nice grounds, but a run-of-the-mill cheap hotel overall

The property is really nice with lots of outdoor tables and nice landscaping. The beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for the West trailheads like Boynton Canyon. There was a mini fridge and the room was spacious.

The hotel seemed kind of old and a little dirty and run-down in certain ways: stains on some sheets, stains on the walls and ceilings, tile work in the bathroom was gross. It was also a little noisy: you can hear through the walls a bit and the AC unit in the room was very loud, kicking on and off through the night.

Not worth the money.

Our room had a bad smoke detector, they moved us to a different room.

The check in process was terrible. We were checked in virtually with a person on a screen from the Phillipines.

Not worth staying here again.

Breakfast was more than I expected and good. One of the ladies there at the desk was very kind and welcoming.

Manager was rude. I was charged a fee to my card without being told they were going to do so and then was given different reasons for why it was charged; now I have to wait up to 14 business days for it to be returned.

Happy to have chosen this hotel.

It was a charming hotel. It was clean. The pool looked inviting! The staff was friendly& personable. I loved that you could enjoy the complimentary breakfast poolside! I stayed by myself, but I came to Sedona to meet with family and spend the day together. Relaxing in my room that had 2queens and a futon after a a fun and adventurous wine tasting tour of 4 vineyards was a perfect place for my family to unwind for several hours and recharge. Thank you!

I am not fond of the white bulbs/lighting throughout. For the bathroom and vanity that is great, but by the bed seemed too hard on the eyes, and I would prefer a warmer option. The fire pit was broken, which is not a deal breaker, but it was a feature we were expecting and excited to use when booking. Despite these comments, I would still choose to stay here again because it was a clean and comfortable and charming place to stay.
