Bad start, good correction, ended up being a better experience.

Fortunately, the manager I ended up speaking to arranged for us to be put in a wonderful, large, private, place right on the lake. While the screens on the sliding doors had holes in them, and one of the toilets had an issue and kept running off and on the whole time, overall it was a much better experience and we appreciated them moving us to this other place. It's a huge place and I'm sure keeping it all maintained and up to a good standard is challenging...but charging the rates they do should provide the money to keep it better maintained.

Our first night there was a disaster. The "apartment" they put us in had a refrigerator leaking water on the floor (that even after they sent a maintenance guy to fix it was still leaking the next morning), ants in a closet, a big stain on the sofa, a lamp that wasn't working properly, paper thin walls where we heard every word and outburst from our very noisy neighbors, and the only "view" we had was of the pickup trucks parked right outside our patio and the other units across the parking lot (and all the parking spots at our unit were taken so we had to park further away from our unit). After one night I asked to talk to a manager and told them if they wouldn't move us, we would be leaving and staying elsewhere and would like a refund of our money.

Pretty views awesome place just needs good cleaning and new living room furniture very hard uncomfortable.

Beautiful property loved the lake view was in room 1325 awesome 3 Bedroom facility looking out at the lake and Mountains.

Place needs outside patio pressure washed on porch and inside the place could use a deep cleaning and my whole family complained how un comfortable the living Room furniture was and Beds was hard other then that we loved the property but the living room chairs and sofa needs replaced with more comfortable you do that it be a 5 star facility.

The area was beautiful!!! And we enjoyed the Hot Springs.

The apartment we received was acceptable, But did not look anything like any of the pictures that were posted on the site when we booked the apartment. The inside of our apartment was dated and old and not pictured at all on your website. We were supposed to receive a deluxe one bedroom there was nothing deluxe about our apartment.

Spacious living for a reasonable price.

Reasonably priced for a decently sized space. The full kitchen and in-unit laundry machines were large perks. There were hot tubs available to use with the cost of the stay. The gps instructions to the unit were accurate and easy to use.

The couch in the living room could have been more comfortable. The roads to the property and the parking lot for the unit were poorly maintained with large potholes.

The location was great. And I loved being on the lake.

There were multiple issues. Including the carpet tack strip sticking through the carpet, which ravaged my feet. I had to put pillows on it so I didn’t step there. Housekeeping came to another unit and left multiple trash bags on the porch overnight. The coffee maker was broken and when I made coffee the coffee went everywhere. I am very insecure and when I let the office know about the issues they turned it around and made me feel like I was in the wrong for saying anything. I left feeling even worse.

I LOVED EVERYTHING! I was constantly amazed by the views , Heavenly sunsets, sunrises, great lightest. snow blizzard ever! The whole team went above and beyond to assist with an amazing experience!!!! Thanks to ALL !!! Good Grief, even the Birds- Ravens, Canada Geese, spoke highly of where they were at!!!

I cannot imagine. If I wasn't a human, I would not have slept. That great... Thank You s !!!

Absolutley wonderful!

This place is absolutley beautiful and very comfortable. The full kitchen allowed for me to cook for 9 people comfortably everyday and for everyone to have enough space to not feel crowded or on top of one another. I had a two room deluxe apartment and another regular two room. Each were very different from one another but both had great features and were extremely clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable of the area.

Depending on your room you may or may not have a fireplace. I really would have liked to have one.

Great room, great location that is worth the extra money.

Room was spacious, fully stocked if you wanted to cook meals, nice views, activities.

The woman at check-in was less than helpful. Huge potholes in the road to our room.

Quiet but not necessarily comfortable.

Staff was sweet, location was gorgeous and it was very quiet. Everything in the room worked properly.

False advertising of the spa tub...it was a normal narrow tub and king bed was a full size bed at best as I sleep on a queen at home. The carpet smelled like mildew.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful setting.

Neighbor unit AC ran constantly so opening a window at night was impossible. Didn’t realize that there was no housekeeping service. Rec center never answered phone to reserve a swim lap (even though told to do so by Rec center staff) so this amenity was unavailable. Roads had lots of potholes.

Great stay but could have been better if the rooms were a little bigger

The location was great and there were lots of things for kids/families to do.

The actual accommodations were different from the pics on the listing, the property we stayed at was older and very cramped..all the appliances were older and made lot of noise.
