I really enjoyed everything about my stay at the resort

There was no breakfast

Access to the room. The combination input was very frustrating. We had to try several times every time we came back before it worked and every time it didn't work we had to wait 10 seconds before trying again. We much prefer the key card entry.

I liked the view to the beach from our room, that was nice and unexpected. We liked that the resort offered an indoor/outdoor pool. The price was very decent compared to other places.

We didn't like that the pools open late for being the Summer. Also, the bathrooms by the indoor pool were not very clean. We didn't like that were almost kicked out of our room a bit before 10 am.

It was on the beach and had 2 hot tubs and pools.

It didn’t have a restaurant. It was very old looking inside.

Location was good

When we arrived the Pin for door didn’t work. Had to get a new pin which was fine. However on the day to check out, had started loading up about 9am went back to room to get other bags and that pin didn’t work. So they had to assign a new pin. The cleaning lady acted as if she couldn’t get us in. But she was able to go in and clean the room after we were able to get back in to get the remaining items

The indoor pools was all out of order due to poop that stayed there all afternoon into the morning, and bed where uncomfortable

The resort was of great quality for the price. And it is dog-friendly.

I don't have any complaints. It was a perfect stay.

The tv’s aren’t smart tv, the control didn’t work to fast forward the DVD movies.

Very convenient location to a lot of what Myrtle Beach has to offer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very accommodating to pets.

Nothing at all.

There was bugs in the room. A black bug flew into my mother's ear while she was sleeping. We had to call 911 to take her to the hospital to have it removed. The lady that checked us in was very rude. She did not give us a parking pass.

Not enough plates and pots in case if you wanted to invite somebody over for dinner. It only had one elevator, which was terrible because you had to wait five or 10 minutes for the elevator to come up or down. Elevator were small so Many families Members had to wait until other family members came down

With the closed down hotel next door and God only knows what was happening at the one next to it. I felt unsafe. I didn't get to walk on the beach at sunrise because I didn't feel comfortable and I walk the beach by myself every time.

Beds weren't comfortable

The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs were very nice and clean.

The staff during check in and any time that we had a question were just rude. They didn’t make eye contact, it felt like a bother to them if you were standing at the desk asking any question at all.

Really run down and having the code for the door too many numbers to try to remember., and it never worked had to call maintenance every time to get in our room.

The rooms are all oceanfront! The kitchen was perfect for us, and the beds were comfy.

No Housekeeping daily for fresh towels, toiletries, etc.

Convenient location, loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. I also thing codes on the doors instead of key cards is convenient as well so you’re not worried about losing a key card during your stay. Water pressure was very good

My room was very buggy. There was alot of gnats or fruit flies and moths in the room, the only security in the room was a door latch Because the lock on the door handle didn’t seem to work.

The first room I stayed in ‘518’ was infested with bed bugs. That being said we took one of the bed bugs in a plastic bag and gave it to staff. Which they had threw away!! Also we had pictures of the white eggs in the Bible and brought it to them and she slammed it on the counter stating it wasn’t eggs that it’s just “dust particles” well I can assure u my fiancé is in pest management I’m pretty sure he knows what certain things look like. I was so completely upset my whole night and day was ruined that put us in another room on the bottom floor and we searched thoroughly before we stayed in that room. I just couldn’t believe they didn’t believe that my fiancé knew that it was bedbugs and you believe that we will not be staying here ever again!!

The staff was amazing! We were able to check in early at 11am on Friday. The pools were very clean and there was no one there, we had the pools all to ourselves both days we were there. We also had a balcony ocean view which was great!

My only complaint is there was not a lot of parking, and it was pretty congested, but that was to be expected when we came during bike week. It definitely could have been worse. The bath didn't fill very much, before you ran out of hot water or it started draining and it took 5 mins for the water to get hot in the shower. The room was also on the corner of the 10th floor and was pretty small.

Our room was dirty, and the fridge door was broken!

It had an absolutely amazing view!! Bed was comfortable, got a great night's sleep. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub & sitting on the balcony!

Washing the dishes was a challenge as the sink is a bit tiny, but I got the job done!! I would recommend bringing your own dish soap & maybe some better sponges if you will be there several nights but for one night it was perfect!!

Loved everything, except the fact that the lights came on in the hot tub which made it look beautiful but then had to leave 15 minutes after

It was in a great location, had nice pools and hot tubs. The kitchen area was nice with plenty of amenities.

The front door was not very secure with a weak locking system. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The tub drain backed up. The toilet would periodically run and wake us up.
