Very nice except for breakfast

Breakfast was the only disappointment. Nothing was stocked, one little muffin, no bread, couple English muffins and the fruit was moldy.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not stay here

We loved the location. And front desk crew were very nice and helpful.

Everything else. The pool area including the pool were very unclean feeling. The whole hotel seemed very untidy and unclean. We only saw them vacuum and empty trash, never saw them CLEANING anything! The housekeeper was always on her phone and cleaning with one hand, so not really cleaning anything. Our sleeper sofa had food wrappers and underwear in it, from the guests BEFORE us! And EVERYTIME we left our room, we had to have our room keys recalibrated. Staff allowed their children to run through hotel as they were working.

Would stay somewhere else next time.

Was close to a lot of stuff.

Our room was by the elevator and the people above us were loud so I didn’t sleep well. Also a/c didn’t work.

The hotel was conveniently location with mountains in the background.

The towels had noticeable stains on them and the bed covers appeared to not have been washed prior. There was noticeable build of dust on the bathroom fan. The hotel cleanliness was definitively lacking alot. It did not feel like a clean room.

location was fine

paper thin walls, i could hear the guy in the next room coughing. footsteps from above too. at 5am all the construction workers staying there woke up for work and was loud. basic room.

Convenient location as soon as their renovation work is completed.

The location was good and the breakfast was great.

The hotel receptionist was not friendly. The hotel was suffering with renovation work.

Great stay as we passed through the area.

Was clean and convenient. We were traveling and arrived after dark. In the light of morning we could see how beautiful the area is.

Perfect for a quick trip

The outdoor hot tub was excellent and the kids loved the pool. The location was excellent, close to the highway, walking distance to food options and and short drive to all the ski slopes. It was a perfect spot for a family weekend getaway.

Close to several ski areas.

The resort was in the middle of refreshing furniture and lamps. I was not warned that they would replace furniture and lamps during my 3 day stay.

Better than expected stay in a location convenient to winter activities

Quality of breakfast was good and variety of items was better than expected.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests and was almost over-crowded. Also, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the serving area and tables. Little effort was paid to cleaning spills or wiping off tables.

just what i hoped nad needed.

Shower was great. Able to control room air temp with thermostat. Spacious room. good bed(s). phone USB charger ports available. Dark inside. Fridge ! good eateries nearby.

Little too much noise could be heard from hallway. (probably standard and not much could be done about it.

Room was older and in need of repairs. We could not get the temperature in our room to stay consistent beds were uncomfortable
