Absolutely terrible do not recommend this property

Absolutely nothing we paid for deluxe king room, non-smoking, and did not get what we paid for and front desk would not help

Everything about the hotel was terrible walk up to the front desk to check in go to go down the hall and it is completely blocked off and looks like a bomb went off. It smells like sewer terribly bad. Our room was completely wrong and front desk would not give us the room that we booked and would not help at all so my oldest son had to sleep on the hard floor with only one blanket underneath because the front desk would not give us any extra

Very good

When we arrived and got into our room, our toilet was not working. I went down and addressed the issue and the front desk lady came up with maintenance and fixed it. Then we discovered we had ants in our room and they got into our dinner that we brought in. Then our tv wasn't working. I went to the front desk and talked to "Cyn" she understood our problems and decided to move us rooms. Once we were moved everything was good. Cyn helped us out and was AMAZING!!!

This was the most rundown hotel I've ever stayed. The bathtub/bathroom was disgusting. Mold and stains in the shower stall. Towels were threadbare and stained. Bed sheets were stained and there was no comforter on the bed, just 2 sheets and a blanket. There was no hairdryer in the room. I was told there was a hairdryer in Room 106 available for use. Ridiculous that a 300+ room hotel has 1 hairdryer for all guests to use. Had all the hotels in the area not been sold out, we would have moved immediately.

The staff was polite and it was a good location.

The room could use some sprucing up. The main part of the sweet was a little dated but okay. The bathroom was clean but very dated and worn out. Could use some common repairs.

Its okay to stop for one night if need it

Would stay again..

The manager Lanette was awesome! Went out of her way to make sure you were taken care. Beds were comfortable and everything worked.

Hotel could us some minor repairs throughout.

Did not like anything. worst place I’ve stayed in years

Dirty, outdated, smelly, rude staff, breakfast never changed and was left overs from day before. Breakfast was all but gone by 7:30am

cockroaches wanted to share our room. 😵‍💫 The hallways had a bad sewer like odor. The curtains in room were old & soiled, carpet or wood floors were soiled, bath tub looked soiled but stained badly. Toilet not functioning properly.

Breakfast. Arrived at 720 and nothing was out. Front desk attendant stocked it by 745. Towels were not clean and privacy curtain in the window was torn

Probably wouldn't stay again.

We liked the location although the area was pretty congested.

The room seemed to be clean, however, I don't know if it was what they had cleaned the floor with but my feet got black on the bottom after I walked on the floor after bathing.

We will not stay at this property again

Lynette was our only salvation. She made excuse after excuse for the conditions of the property as well as the lack of management support for her to make good on the advertised expectations. She did the very best she could during our stay.

The facility is in need of an upgrade and thorough cleaning. The work out facility was not available due to lack of air conditioning. The breakfast was not as advertised online. The price paid for this room at this location did not meet our expecations for this known and at one time respected motel.

Scary location

The room was clean, and the staff was super kind!

The surrounding area is NOT good, we check in around 10:30pm and the front doors are locked we have to talk through a phone. I ask if it is safe to stay and she lets us know that some days are good and some days are bad. I asked if my car will be okay and she said yes. I would just suggest not staying alone there. The hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is bad. Which isn’t Days Inn fault, so I feel bad for leaving this review but I wish I would have know this before booking.
