NEVER AGAIN!

The breakfast containers were empty and no staff was around to refill them, so many guests did not get the "free" breakfast.

We paid for a KIng size bed, but received a double bed. When we asked that our bill be reduced because we paid for a king size bed, the women at the counter yelled at US! She contradicted what the other women told us during check-in the day before. The women at check out said they only have one size bed and it is a King size, so we had to get a king size bed. When we asked why they advertise different size beds, she yelled at us and walked in the back room.

The room was dirty. Floors n wall were not clean. Comforter was stained, door did not lock. Spoke with manager unapologetic.

The owner is very rude and we did not get what we reserved. I am handicap did not get that, 2 people per room 2 Is Queen beds got 1 king and 1 rollaway bed? And talls for one and could not get more. Talked to owner he sead and his answer was I dont guarentee 3rd party bookins!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get what you get first come first serve I am always full. And continental breakfast is frozen Costco items and a microwave.

The beds are super comfortable and the nice thing is they have a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Also a blow-dryer.

The people on each side of our room were really loud couldn't sleep and woke us up from being loud as well. Very not happy about that.

Quality Inns are usually no-frills but serviceable, but this was one is the Low Quality Inn.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, especially the housekeeping staff.

Our room was in a state of disrepair. The bedside light and outlets didn’t work at all and the hot water handle for the sink wasn’t even attached. The location was convenient but super loud and the walls were thin. There’s a busy road out front with a lot of drag racing going on in the middle of the night.

The door didn’t lock properly n I felt I wanted that extra security because of the area. Next up highway do the cops woke us up twice with sirens.

perfectly decent stay for the money! not the Hyatt regency but perfectly decent!

clean, comfortable, and staff was very nice

the street noise was a bit loud, however ear plugs did the trick!
