Holiday Inn needs to spend some money on new mattresses.

The facility was very clean. Employees very nice. Breakfast nice.

The MATTRESS WAS HORRIBLE!!! So soft and lumpy. First night neither of us got much sleep due the mattress being so bad. Second night we were worn out and slept better, but not because the mattress was comfortable. My lower back is still hurting. Holiday Inn needs to spend some money on their mattresses. We will not stay there again.

Not much to like

The hotel was pretty dirty. The room was really falling a part. The pool and hot tub were disgustingly dirty.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

The breakfast bar met pre-pandemic standards. This is a first for us since the pandemic. The staff was cheerfully and helpful.

The ceiling in the bath room need be re done and the refrigerator did nt work and the pool was miss a lot tiles to it .

The breakfast was good and pool temp was good

I wish they would take the time to fix up the staff that broken it use to be really good hotel

Understaffed

Everyone was nice that worked there- but terribly overworked.

Got into one room- but other member of party waited 4 hours after checkin. Saw others checking in- maid shared that they assigned the room but didn’t prioritize it being readied - even though front desk said they did. Our room had no bathroom light after we were in room 5 min- but showered in the dark due to lack of staff. Tried to tell front desk at check out but it wasn’t manned for the 15 minutes I waited.
