Recommend highly, the pool is awesome, but do not count on the breakfast.

The pool is nice, rooms are decent.

Breakfast. We went around 9am and most stuff was already eaten, and there is not many options. It’s like a gas station - you pick food and eat in your room or lobby (no separate area for breakfast).

Cheating on breakfast!

Pool was wuite nice.

The breakfast you are offering are not breakfast. And you have no place to serve breakfast for quests. We had to take some piece of not fresh croissants and apple and go to the room. There was no enough for everyone. So sorry but you are cheating customers on booking claiming that the room is with the breakfast!!

Beautiful Hotel

This is a very nice hotel, very clean and well-kept property. The layout of the property is excellent, with every room facing the pool and court yard. You can even sit outside on your balcony and enjoy

The breakfast eating area could have been more accommodating and more of a selection of items. I just garbbed and went back to my room. The spa wasn't working, which I use because of my disability but it was fixed the day we left

Clean, spacious room with a modern design and a beautiful view, most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Very quiet and peaceful place. Hotel is located very close to restaurants. Friendly stuff.

Breakfast was not what I expected. Toaster for bread only hot food available Room was comfortable and clean. For work more than fine.

No hot food at breakfast bar. Bed slid off platform easily. Not dangerous just had to keep centering it on base

The room was good enough, but everything else about the staywas disappointing.

The room was functional and clean.

- The breakfast was not a breakfast. Just some pre-packaged snacks and nothing more. - The jacuzzi/hot tub was broken and unusable. - My poolview room looked out on a stairwell wall. The pool was only visible it you looked 45 degrees to the far left when standing at the window. - The room deposit was steep/high.

HORRIBLE MISTAKE

Everything looks to be exceptional when you first walk in . We booked a room for 3 nights . The first night we stayed there me and my family were bit by fleas. I took pictures and a video of a flea crawling on the bed . When I called the front desk they switched us rooms and told me I would have to talk to the manager on Monday. When I called I was given a run around finally I talk to a manager days later and she asks me to email her the pictures and video I took. The response I was given was that they were sorry to say they had inspected the room and found no fleas and the video I took was “not on their linen” after spending 300$ here what horrible customer service I would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE unless u like flea bites

No value for the money

Pool was closed. Nobody informed us about it before we came to the hotel. No compensation. Manager was not available - not in person and not via e-mail. Very poor breakfast. I recommend to book one of the many other hotels in Bakersfield.

Clean spacious room but pool closed

Room was spacious and had a tub.

Pool closed no reason given and we only booked this hotel so we could use a pool. No coffee in the room either but they did have a coffee bar in the lobby.

Don’t stay here for the pool unless you call ahead to nake sure it us open!

Conveniently located off highway. Pool view room was quiet and shielded from the highway noise. Bathroom had been recently renovated and bed was comfortable though softer than I like.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool because I wanted to swim. As we completed our check in, the mostly indifferent staff person informed us that the pool was not available that day! We had a ground floor room looking out at a beautiful inviting lawn and pool that we couldn’t use on a very hot afternoon. I should have read more reviews because this seems to happen often. Also, calling coffee, a packaged pastry, yogurt, and juice, breakfast is a bit of a stretch.
