Staff is great.

The location is in a nice part of town and has many shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is modern and overall pretty clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

I stayed for a few nights and when I went to zone out and watch television it was not working properly. Also the shower/tub in the morning did not drain very well and backed up in the tub. I was transferred to another room the following evening but there was quite a bit of wait time.

All in all it was exactly what we needed for the reason of our trip. Staff was very accommodating.

The cooked to order breakfast was fresh and delicious. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had (for this type of hotel)

Walls are thin. We heard every toilet flushing in rooms around us. Also heard conversations outside our door.

I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The staff was friendly and inviting. My check in was the fastest check in I’ve ever had. The room was great and the facility was excellent.

No fans in the bathrooms.

Not impressed with amenities

Property was clean and comfortable staff was nice

Didn’t like the bistro my husband felt cheated he only got 3 half slices of toast with his breakfast. He was what they do with the piece they cut to only give me a slice and a half of toast throw it away? And because they serve Starbucks coffee they didn’t have refills also he said it was so cold his food got cold before he even finished. He is totally a breakfast foodie. I on the other hand preferred to sleep in. And why are we having to pay for parking if we have to park our own car. If you are going to charge $20 bucks a day for parking you should at least have a valet.

20 dollars to park outside and have car get filthy per night is a joke. also only maid service every other night is a joke. should have been put in booking info. not happy at all.

Will definitely stay again when we come back to LA.

Location was perfect for us as our son lives a few blocks away. Great breakfasts.

We were a little concerned that our room did not have a safe, When we travel we are used to having a secure place to put our passports and cash instead of having to carryall of it all around with us.

Very clean. Great shower head.

One of two elevators for 6 story building was broken from when we got to the property on Thursday about 6 pm until Saturday evening when we got back from a day of sightseeing. Beds not great.

The cleanliness, the value of the parking, the location. All great experience

Bistro prices and coffee bar prices were pretty high. If a basic breakfast with coffee could be available that would be a perfect stay.

Worst hotel stay ever

The room was clean the property was well kept

When my girlfriend arrived the staff told her she wasn't registered and asked if she used another name implying I had another woman registered. This doubt ended my relationship. The staff ruined my life for no reason. I registered my girlfriend when I checked in. This should never have happened. I will never use one of your facilities again your competitors thank you.

Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

I was charged more than I should have been since property had no info about addtl taxes and parking charges they were charging on the listing. I received my bill and was charged approx $100 more. I spent an hour on the phone between the hotel and Booking.com to get the charges reversed. Booking.com customer service was extremely helpful in getting my refund as when I contacted the property they weren’t helpful. I was told by the hotel these were in addition to my original amount charged by Booking.com even though they didn’t state in the listing.
