Although there was a mix up with our room and we didn’t get the room we booked , the staff and management went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay wonderful

Don't know. They downgraded us to the Holiday Inn.

After having reservation for months, they transfered our reservation to the Holiday Inn. So instead of two queen suite, we had a two queen regular room. They also wanted us to move out the second night to a king and a Rollabed and move back the 3rd night of a 4 night stay! I said no, and then mysteriously, our key card had to be recoded every day. The Holiday Inn sucked and so did Candlewood for just transferring our reservation with no communication at all. And no, they didn't give us a discount or anything for the hassle. Seriously sucked.

Love the suite, love being able to cook.

The television in the living room, did not work. I enjoy sitting around watching TV. I don't like watching TV in bed.

Great room customer service

Book thru booking.com got to Candlewood suites were told they had no room next door was there sister property Holiday inn so we had to go there .Gave us a king suite which was nice .Ask about laundry oh our dryers are down have to go over to Candlewood to do laundry.Big issue booking then get bounced around .

Oustanding staff, from check-in to housekeeping. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, and acted as if they were glad to see their customer, instead of acting as if they were a burden. The housekeepers on the 3rd floor were so helpful and sweet. Lovely stay.

Easy to get in/out, very close to the highway, seemed decently clean, friendly staff.

Very old/outdated, bed wasnt very comfortable, no breakfast, though you could go to the hotel next door for free breakfast which wasn't bad. Dark in the room, especially with one light out, but just dark all around, and a weird frame in the room with nothing in it. Had a dingy smell in the room that didn't leave and stains on the ceiling bythe one light in the room, by the door

Good place to stay

Very friendly staff, even though she was busy, she took time to answer questions and personally checked to make sure room was ready.

Outside needed cleaned, parking lot was dirty and trash around.

I should have asked for a different room but i slept fine.

I liked the self serve with the materials and games in the Lobby!

Our room, 208, had two huge cracks in the ceilings that were dripping water. The floor was very damp and kind of gross to walk on.

This is a great facility to stay at.

The facility was very close to where I needed to be and the facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again.

The bed was a bit to firm for my taste but I managed.
