Convenient location with breakfast included, but rooms could be better maintained.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included. Clean

Room had strange layout. Drapes were falling off hooks. Dresser drawers would not stay shut. Had to go to desk at night to pick up towels that were requested earlier in the day and not delivered. Cleaning schedule was not discussed at check in.

Sweet but outdated⁷

All the staff was wonderful. They were short staff but accomodating. The breakfast menu was amazing!

The rooms were out dated, especially for a handicap room. The bedding was horrible. Our blanket was an old mattress cover. Furniture is outdated. Our key didnt work numerous times on exterior door. Had to use one far from our room. We agreed to hv maid service only once due to short staff. Customers shd get a credit off the bill for that. No light waa in the dark shower.

It was very spacious and comfortable

There were a family of grasshoppers in the room and it wasn’t very clean upon arrival.

the worst experience ever

I was not pleased at all.

Room service took sheets off bed & did not leave any to put on though that should have been done by them. Breakfast staff where extremely rude. The room was not clean upon arrival & the shower leaked/dripped all day/night.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and tea and cocoa available all day

The breakfast was good under covid protocols. The location was nice as were most of the staff.

The guy who checked us in gave us keys that didn't work, forgot to give us our water and was not helpful at all when asked where we should eat in the area. t

EXCELLENT!

Desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL... helpful with tips, contact for Budget Transport & we LOVED the Happy Hour MEAL on Wed. evening... it was delicious & filling!! Breakfasts also were exceptionally good!

Couldn't find ice machines easily. Wanted Breakfast hours to be extended on weekends.

Wonderful and a great nights sleep.

The staff at the desk was excellent and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was pristine and we liked the sticker on the door indirecting the sanitation was completed for the whole room.

I can't think of anything. The customer care was super. Housekeeping was exactly as hoped for.

Pleasant staff and hotel, but just wish the beds, pull out couch, and breakfast were better.

Staff was very pleasant, especially Steve (don't know last) and daytime manager. Pool was clean and Weber grill was functional.

The breakfast was terrible as everything offered was prepackaged food with no nutritional value to offer. Also, the washers and dryers on both floors were not fully operational, as such, one would hvae to go to one floor to wash clothes and another to dry them! There should be a change maching next eack washer and dryer.

Not worth the money

The lady that set up the breakfast line was really nice and the coffee was good.

When we got there the remote to the tv didn’t work. Staff replaced it. There were no sheets for the pull out bed and staff made us go get it. The shower head had mold on it and when we called the desk they told us they would clean it. The next morning there was still mold on the shower head. My son and I were bitten up by mosquitoes or something really bad. Would never stay here again for the price we paid.

Nice staff, although the hotel isn't as new as showcased online.

Not really a meal more like snacks. Coffee is good.

The hotel has a musky smell, the trash wasn't removed.
