I loved having my own kitchen, a comfy bed and the gym downstairs was great

Exceptional

Kitchen and water pressure was excellent.

Chairs to small and no support. Bed was a little to hard. Needed bigger pillows.

it SUCKED! I got no sleep.

it’s an extended stay hotel so very noisy. even saw a guy with a prostitute in the parking lot when I got back from dinner

loud! people in the next room had their TV on all night. I called the front desk at 4:30 to complain and they turned it down a bit, but I could still hear it.

It SUCKED!!!!

Booking .com sold me a room that was NOT available! It was supposed to be double beds & it was a king… a little DIFFICULT to fit 4 adults in a bed! NO refund was available so therefore we were FORCED to make do with the pull out couch with NO linens or pillows available. GREAT night…the desk clerk did all that she could do to help but that wasn’t much..

The bed squeaked badly. No ice machines... staff didn't mention that you have to turn on the ice maker in your room referigerator to have ice

I got away and left an item in the closest. The cleaning staff turned it in to the front desk, they called me and I came back by and retrieved the item.

It was a good location for what we needed at the time

Location and staff

No continental breakfast and had some things wrong like not enough forks and no wash clothes…plus everything was to high for myself and my kids. so it wasn’t very convenient.

I paid $220 for one night at a no-frills, bare-bones dump. Free coffee, a bowl of tiny apples and black bananas was only food there. A disgusting, derelict chair was in our room. The toilet handle broke off when we flushed the toilet. Not even a shower curtain for the shower. No pool. No pórtico for the entrance. Insufficient parking. Scary location. Prayed there were no bed bugs🙏. Had to pay for the room when I secured it on-line and it was non-refundable is main reason we didn’t turn around and leave once we saw it. SO disappointing for the price 😭

didn't try the breakfast, coffee was just ok... bed was way too soft for me, but perfect for my wife! Facilities were clean and neat, the staff friendly. I would recommend this place to friends traveling through Austin....

Won't stay again.

Breakfast was not there. Had to purchase cereal, yogurt, cheese, etc on top of the overpriced room.

Poor quality, no breakfast, high price for a nights stay.

Dirty. Not clean at all.

Kitchen was nice

Rotting, old, dilapidated furniture inside my room, old smelly carpet, the washing machines in the laundry room were absolutely filthy, caked with old hair and gummy stuff, the odor throughout the hotel and especially inside my room, smelled like mold, body odor, and chemicals. Room not cleaned at all. Definitely not worth the price. Or my health.

Meh!

Leaving ASAP.

Room needs to renovated. Room sitting chair had cracks and should go in the dumpster. Elevator not working this morning. Front desk unoccupied this morning with I was lea. Back door entrance did not work with room key last night. Check in chaos yesterday afternoon.
