Overall it was good!

Good breakfast. Good location.

Carpet old and dirty in hall ways with bumps along the hall, fall hazard ⚠️

Was a place to sleep, was ready to leave the next morning.

Basic breakfast & coffee, was good. Friendly staff, understanding of bad a/c, they gave us a discount on room since they were sold out and couldn’t get us into another room.

The bathroom was dirty, and only had 2 towels. The sleeper side didn’t have linens, had to ask for them. The room looked like it was under construction. The fan had caked on dust. The a/c was the worst of it all, it kept making a very high pitched squealing noise, finally had to unplug.

After a long drive, I was swaddled with comfort at Holiday Inn Express, Las Cruces!

Loved the location, comfort of bed, softness of the towels!! I will definitely stay here again!!

won’t pay that price for a run down suite ever again

the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way nor did the lock work. floor was dirty and hallways just needed work , paint. vents not properly installed. kinda run down. couch bed was in bad condition and horrible comfort. never enough towels provided

Room was clean and quiet but we would never stay at that location again

allowed pets

shower didn’t work nor could the bathtub be used as there was no way to close the drain. The water ran continuously in the bathtub as well. A $35 fee for our dog was also excessive. $200 total fee for the room was also too much considering it was an older Holiday inn express. We’ve stayed at many. Never with the above conditions.
